It had been five years since I last visited Dolce Stil Novo. Since then I learned that they have a Michelin star to reward their excellent cousine. I consider it a restaurant worth a special detour to visit as Chef Russo achievs true perfection and food poetry with local ingredients. The location is magical. The service is absolutely impeccable. Perfect, knowleadgeable and firndly, something that in Michelin level restaurant is sometime. Last time I went was a business dineer, this time I was with my dear better half and the location was even more appropiate. The menu of the day was comprehensive of a fish salad as a starter, a pasta with fish ( paccheri , well done ) and a typical fish Branzino with potatoes . A bottle of wine for 2 included in the offer . 70 Euro for 2 persons . On top, the maitre has a really good command of english and nordic languages siince he has lived in Sweden for +10 years . There's really no doubt this is the best restaurant in Venaria Reale I've tested many restaurants in Venaria but there's no contest with this placeThe place is not easy to find as there's no sign outside but worth the effortOnce inside you feel really at home and be given explanations about the dishes and components Really not to miss the "filetto of Fassona" which is simply greatDesserts are great and of course wine as wellPrice is really acceptable and affordableI'll be back for sure and highly recommend it

When we stood here we ate quite well but it was not excellent as we expected to be.The service is very good with kind and gentle waiters who can describe in a fantastic way the dishes.Dishes are very well presented but not excellent in their taste.They have a good choice of wine.Try the desserts: according to us they are the best part of the lunch.In the end it is well enough but a little too expensive.

Having booked an early flight from Turin in Italy to Eindhoven in the Netherlands, I decided to spend the night of 9 to 10 October 2015 in the Jet Hotel, which is just 5 minutes by car from the Airport and which has a reputable restaurant in the same compound: Antica Zecca Ristorante. I dined there with Gianni; an old Italian friend and former business partner, and his wife Luciana. It was a wonderful experience!The surrounding was superb, the seating was very comfortable, especially that we had for just the 3 of us a nice and large alcove, the service was very sophisticated and the food was really exquisite, and more particularly the wide range of first entrees (Antipasti) for which the Piedmont region is famous for.The restaurant was very quiet in spite of a large number of guests as the tables were quite distant from one another, and nice classic music was played softly in the background, when two young guys took place and one of them started lecturing the other in a very loud voice that could be heard from all corners of the restaurant. It was not in English, in Italian, or in French; it was not in Dutch either. Luckily were at the very end of our dinner. I was surprised to come across these two guys when I boarded the plane on the next morning; they were the pilot and the co-pilot!!

Fantastic food, great lively atmosphere and good prices. If you want true authentic Italian food this restaurant is a must, tucked away just off one of the main squares in ceaseless. The food is superb, all freshly cooked and very well presented. Portions are substantial and great value for money. I love the pizza's, great choice and very filling. Overall a fantastic meal and looking forward to visiting again.

We were invited by our Italian friends to this restaurant. It was a night to remember as the service was second to none and the food was presented to us in the most professional manner. The restaurant itself is very chic and classical and you feel pampered all the time. The choice of the wine is excellent too . The restaurant manager was passing by our table every now and then to check if everything was ok and if we needed anything else. Very professional. Highly recommended but you must book your table to avoid disappointment. Trust me...you will have a lovely evening at Il Capitolo .
