In turin to see family and friends had a family meal on a Saturday night this place stands out with its excellent food service and atmosphere been recommended by a friend he was absolutely correct it is only a converted farm barn into a restaurant but the vegetables and herbs are home grown its awesome i recommend it.

Ancient palace in the centre of Carmagnola, walls, paintings, decorations and style are a joy for the eyes.The ownwer serves you together with his wife, not snobbish at all, you feel like at home (you actually wish it was your own home...)Food is excellent, typical receipts from Piemonte, but cooked in a marvellous way.Let you suggest wine from the owner and you will not regret, believe me!It's a couple experience, but families are also very well welcomed.It's expensive, but you will get out thinking "when can we come here again"?

We know this place because we have been to Christmas lunch at Trattoria della Vigna (closed already) which belonged to the same owner. This new restaurant is just beside the main square, we parked in Piazza Mazzini, then we reached it in 4 min on foot.We have chosen the menu of 30 euro (please check there site for details also in English). The food war pretty good and fresh, cocked to give more original taste. The restaurant has chosen the typical food from the area, grey rabbit, sweet pepper, Agnolotti etc. At the end of our lunch, we have taken the hazelnut cake with Sabayon cream, the chef came with the copper pan, the sabayon is whipped by hand, unforgettable tasteGood choice for the quality and priceSee you soon.

A bit difficult to find, this restaurant was a great surprise! Located at the centre of Carmagnola, it's one of popular restaurants in this region for both tourists as locals! The gnochi with ragu which we ordered for the kids was amazing so that I also decided to order one for myself next to the other dishes! Both the cold meat cuts as well as the mains were perfect and creative! The maitre is very friendly and made us feel very comfortable by her approach to our small kids! The wine was also completing the perfect evening! When we're around we'll definately dine here!

These type of agriturismo offer restaurant service (also for non residents in the farm) with a fixed menu where different antipasto, some 2 different pasta dishes, contorno, salad, meat, bread, desert, cheese, water, wine, and liqueur are included. Ordering your preferred dish is not an option most often. The amount of food here was unbelievable. I would have preferred though some more quality on some dishes to the detriment of quantity. A little bit noisy but with the right atmosphere. It was an enjoyable evening on the whole.
