Lovely old family restaurant, big tables widely spaced, friendly attentive service. Make sure to reserve as the restaurant is popular and small. Complimentary bruscetta pre-appetizer and little asparagus souffles in a soft cheese sauce; good assortment of breads/breadsticks. Recommended bottle of Nebbiolo was lovely. Pasta with rabbit and fish mousse with shrimp were very good as waere the lamb chops and duck. Really nice evening.

I found the pizza really delicious. The restaurant is large with many tables and comfortable. The staff is ok. Be careful with common bills! Ask separate bills because there's a risk of paying some euros more when the bill is common. Anyway this kind of risk is commont to most Italian restaurants not only to this one. There's a parking place in front of the restaurant and opposito to it. It stays open until late and prices are ok.

If you are looking for a real Italian pizza, in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, this is the place. Everything in this restaurant-pizzeria is home made, from pastas to cakes and desserts, and you can feel it! They also offer some locally brewed artisan beers I absolutely recommend. And very good value for the money also.

Ottimo ristorante dove si mangia bene e si spende poco. La cucina è tipica e molto buona, soprattutto i primi. Anche i dolci sono fatti da loro. Lo abbiamo trovato aperto anche il giorno di Pasqua per cena.

4 large pizzas and drinks for £20. what a bargain. Pizzas were excellent. Huge choice. Bit hard to find as just a doorway and more of a take away, but we sat inside.Thanks for the food and the brillant service. We had all our pizzas on proper plates.Thank you very much for your review ! Nice restaurant, the food is just OK for Piemonte. One of the post dishes was outstanding the other just fair. Other better places to eat in Cuneo, which is near Boves.

Great service, lovely rooms and the restaurant is a must go-to. Go for the "menu" - they bring you a series of 5 taster plates and it's delicious. Also go for the local wine. The hotel owner is friends with a local vinyard owners and the wine is yummy!Buonasera Sig. We had lunch and tasted the âfamily menuâ. For 22 Euros you eat four different plates that are all delicious. Everything is fresh and made on the spot (the pasta too).Just come in you wonât regret it.

In France and in Britain it seems harder and harder to find those traditional local restaurants which have successfully flourished for years because of the fact that they produce excellent fare for an appreciative and discerning local clientele. In Italy thank heaven it is not so difficult, and the Osteria della Luce in a small town like Boves is living proof. Thank you Trip Advisor reviewers for making it so much easier to locate these splendid haunts. Not great for the waistline though! Definitely worth stopping by if you have time.

It's good that we booked ahead as the restaurant was busy on a chilly friday evening, full of families and couples. We ate local dishes, good ingredients served imaginatively with a creative twist, and the pizzas looked excellent too. Service was friendly and flexible, letting us share when we were too full to manage a whole course, and the wine list was interesting too.Grazie molte per la vostra valutazione.
