Reviewed By hannahbU1547ZU들어섰을 때 담배냄새가 완전 심하더군요. 베개, 이불에 머리카락이 엄청 붙어있고 침대주변에 먼지도 엄청 많고 청소상태 엉망이었어요. 시설도 오래된 모텔 느낌이지 전혀 호텔이라는 말을 붙일 수 없는 곳 입니다. 다음날 아이들과 에버랜드 케러비안 가기위해 하루만 묶을 곳이라 참았지만 다시는 가고 싶지 않은 곳입니다.

Very disappointing
Reviewed By JoyatravelsWe spent two nights at Sun Stay Yongin for my husband and I and four kids. We had reserved the “family room”, which was supposed to sleep up to 8 people. We walked into the room, and I’m sure there was space for eight people, because one room was a huge open area, maybe 700 square feet?!, but the bedroom off it had only two full-size beds. There were also two tables and refrigerator in the large room. The toilet never worked correctly. First thing when we got there after going #1 (sorry if that’s tmi, but it is to illustrate how bad this was), one of my kids flushed and had the toilet overflow. A staff member came and plunged it (which, by the way, was a challenge to communicate because they didn’t speak great English), but it didn’t work right the whole time we were there even with us putting the toilet paper in the garbage can (again, apologies for the tmi!). There was, however, an enormous television and... karaoke. This, of course, thrilled the kids, but when we were having a Karaoke party, not even with the volume turned up all the way, the staff called us to complain about the noise we were making!! Before 9 pm! We were completely puzzled! It felt like they were trying to intimidate us and make us feel uncomfortable. We would definitely not go back, though we did chalk it up to a cultural experience to feel better about the cost. :-/ Also, the garage is tiny and extremely difficult to get in and out of. We had lived in Korea over a year when we visited, and it was still a tight squeeze by our standards.

Reviewed By glennkeen08This hotel accepted my booking few weeks ago and only cancel my booking much nearer my actual stating they have no rooms. So if you are keen on getting cancelled at the last moment, do stay with this "excellent" hotel.

The language barrier has not been a barrier to the outstanding customer service and the staff have played a major part in the success of my business with their care and assistance in arranging transport for me. I have felt safe and secure on my own on what could have been a very daunting trip. I am truly grateful and blessed that this hotel was chosen as my base. Thank you

Reviewed By Chuck RWas very pleased that my friends make the arrangements here at Allee close to office. House keeping needs to make sure to better clean bathroom as there was toothpaste on countertop. Also the water faucet leaked enough to put water on floor: room #210.
