Nice Hotel but not very accomodating
Reviewed By OfftrackThe hotel layout and everything is great, design of hotel is very nice and would definitely love to stay for another day or 2 if we had time. 2 things that we were alittle disappointed was 1. the Gym, its compact, but alittle kind of overcrowded with the machines and little space. Its a small room anycase. 2. we had only arrived at 9pm the night before due to a very long Drive from the mountains. Hence, we had requested if they could just extend our checkout time by alittle to 12.30pm or 1pm as we would like to do alittle laundry and have our breakfast before continuing our journey round thailand. They just flatly refused saying that the hotel is fully booked. But when I checked on Agoda, the rooms was still available! So, with that, I may not come back to the hotel again as the staffs knew we were tired after days of driving down from the mountains, but they just refused to extend even for 30mins.

The place very beautiful and clean, staff unfriendly and don’t speak English for work whit western, we arrive at 3.00pm we went to the pool and water was to cold for jump in ( we both Swiss people and we swim in the river ). Ask for the pool bar and they say close at 2:30pm, I ask if can bring as some drink from outside and the sai: don’t know , cannot They just say up to you we cannot do We ask for coconut and beer nothing hard to found in Thailand. Is better the became a hostel the hotel like the sell them self. I speak thai and i was living in this beautiful country for many years and also working, i can understand Covid-19 brake the rule of the worker and many people change job. I can be judge a bad person but if the Hotel open must be ready to work and offer all service is included at the moment we pay, nobody tell me: sorry Sir we discount you or we offer something to the inconvenient…. Is really bad atmosfere so i gonna leave the hotel right now

Lovely and quiet
Reviewed By 17MovesNCountingWe stayed here with our 2 kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The made-to-order breakfast was filling and tasty. The only thing I would change would be the addition of blackout curtains. It's conveniently located near the night market and Saturday night walking street.

Clean and Comfortable Hotel
Reviewed By JudyandHoppyWe had business at Chiang Rai Rajabaht University and this Hotel is very close to the campus. It is bright and airy, with good sized rooms, comfortable beds and lots of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was included with fruit, juices, fried eggs with rice and several stir-fried dishes. and toast. Food was OK, but nothing was ever hot. Luke warm food on cool plates. Also, a pitcher of warm milk would be nice for coffee, instead of the little packages of creamy powder. We stayed 5 nights and it was always the same. Interesting neighborhood, busy with students. We walked around and found some nice coffee shops, noodle places and a couple of fun restaurants.

I didn't expect to see 6 craft beer taps and craft beer in the fridge. I decided to go for a draft beer. It was listed as 169 Baht but when I came to pay the bill it came to 181 Baht. They don't include VAT (7%) in the price listed

Location was perfect and right around the corner from the Saturday walking market. No.1 place to stay in Chiang Rai.

Reviewed By tomnF9049WCThis hotel is gorgeous, like really stunning. The owner clearly is trying to give you a premium feel, as all disposables (shampoo, soap, shower gel) are very high quality. It really makes you feel like you’re getting a good deal! The staff are absolutely amazing and always pleasant to talk to.

Reviewed By Travelling_SE_AsiaCan’t fault my stay here. The owner was very pleasant and spoke very good English. All the staff were friendly. Free tea, coffee and fruit provided in the morning which can be obtained from the terrace upstairs. The room was large, spacious and clean. Plenty of plug sockets for charging electrical items. I booked one day here on Hotels.com and booked a further two days cash to the owner. It’s in a great location within walking distance from the market, a 7-Eleven and plenty of nice restaurants.

Great service and overall good accommodation
Reviewed By mannetjeeeHad a great stay, the owner is super friendly and guided us to a festival where we were the only western people. Even the menu’s where just in Thai, which made it a bit more difficult but everyone was so friendly. Room was clean and spacious, overall great experience.
