Reviewed By gjshuklaThe Hotel has come up with a new category of rooms - Comfort which are housed in Annexe ,although connected to main Building. Rooms are spacious , comfortable with decent decor. Washrooms are also spacious newt and clean. Food was good as always but they need to learn to make Good Tea , specially to satisfy Gujarati Taste Buds. But definitely a nice Property. Will always choose it for our stay

Reviewed By jaya0910Stayed at this place in March 2020. It an average budget hotel. The property needs proper maintenance and the cleaning staff have to be taught what cleaning in hospitality industry is. Would not like to visit.

Please avoid the stay
Reviewed By prrateekWe were traveling from dwarka and reached late evening and had to move to gir safari early morning. The hotel as such infrastructure wise is good though 10 kms from shrine. The water available is salty and unusable. The drinking water placed in room is in water case, food is average, service ok. The biggest drawback is staff attitude which is least bothered, their breakfast starts a late 8 am for pilgrimage city and they couldn't accommodate our packed breakfast needs bluntly. Definitely spoilt our stay experience.

Reviewed By Ram909876545We had to travel to Somnath..were checking hotels around there couldn't fine..so I got to veraval..I thought it was little distance from Somnath..but I must it isn't..The hotel I can say it is worth to give for 5 stars..U will see the best interms of cleaniness.. Ambience inside the room..bed sheet and bathrooms will be very clean..will provide all the requirements.. In terms of food u can get here itself..need not worry .. I must say I was completely satisfied for my curiosuness before entering this hotel.. I must say once u visit..u will get satisfied...

Reviewed By bhagwativpThis hotel is kind of in the heart of the city, bus station is close by, all the big banks are in this area. There is a municipal garden in front of the hotel so you can have a good view in the morning and can have a walk too. You may face parking issue in this area. The hotel is at the third floor with a lift, but to access the lift you have to pass by the smelly and dirty region of the premises. As soon as you reach the 3rd floor everything changes. it has nice reception area, with drivers room & pantry. some rooms are nice and well maintained and some are no. Air condition are good.

Reviewed By PravasikThe rooms have the basic amenities, but the cleanliness could have been better, although it was not bad. The staff were helpful and arranged the food for us; the property does not have its own restaurant though. The hotel is located along the bylane of a busy street. There did not seem to be a dedicated parking space for the hotel customers. There was some road construction going on as well while we were there. But since we were there only for a day, this was not an issue.

Booked the hotel room through OYO and on getting booking ID arrived the hotel along with family at night. check in even after I had booked the room. To our surprise, we were denied check in ruthlessly. We were treated badly, rudely and in an insensitive manner by the hotel's staff saying issues with OYO. Whatsoever the issues would have been, between the hotel and OYO, the customers should not have been suffered. The situation was so worsened that the police have to be called. Was it not a serious issue ???? Is this the customer service the hotel is providing???? Never book this hotel through any mode hotel booking (Online or Offline). It was really very irritating.
