Reviewed By kensZ4284WDNot recommended!!! When we checked in, the young female staff was not welcoming. We reserved and paid for 4 rooms to attend the wedding. The young lady gave us two rooms saying it has connecting rooms total 4 rooms. She gave us two key cards for the two rooms and we had to go back and tell her we don’t have access to the other two rooms she mentioned they were connected. She ended up giving us two additional key cards for the other rooms which she should have done in the beginning. She was not apologetic about her mistake. Therefore, this hotel is giving me the impression that the owner of greedy and don’t care for their employees to meet customers satisfaction. They have the same breakfast food for 4 days. First impression is everything and this hotel disappointed our family. I wish them luck in the future because my family will not return. Sorry but no thanks.

Reviewed By Athaiguychose this hotel because it chose this hotel because it looked to be a newer Hotel. Very clean good air no coffee maker in the room flat screen television with very poor reception in only one English Channel I could find. Everyday I like to go for a long walk in the morning when I returned the second day from a 5-mile walk there was no water in the hotel I had to wait two hours to take a shower which was not pleasant. Value for money I still rate this a 3 out of 5. They did offer a free small buffet breakfast pretty much all Thai food but fresh coffee and toast three or four different tie items and rice and a small salad bar. Location I would rate this a 3 as well not much within walking distance.

Reviewed By BangoeWe chose this hotel firstly because of its location. And we were not disappointed. Great location if you want to see the old parts of town with its unique charm. And close to many of the great temples. And the room was large and bright with everything working fine. Breakfast was very basic but got some eggs and toast and coffee. Or Khao Tom if that's what you prefer. Will definitely return if visiting Ubon again.

Good Value for money and handy location
Reviewed By kingmakI stayed here one night after the international bus from Laos. It was a good resting place for transit cause the room was big, clean and comfortable with a very affordable price. It's location, being close to the bus terminal, night market and Big C is handy for travelers. I enjoy my stay here and would recommend travelers if they come to Ubon ratchathani.

Reviewed By Brian SStayed here for 3 nights. For the price the room was very good. Spotlessly clean. Large bed with firm mattress. Large bathroom, with powerful hot shower. I had a room very close to the lift, but i never heard it once and I stayed during a busy weekend. In fact the hotel was very quiet. There is a restaurant and a number of brrakfast options are available. Free tea and coffee in lobby. The owner/manager was always there to greet me in the morning and engage in friendly conversation. Nothing better than starting the day in a happy frame of mind. He was also very helpful in arranging a car and driver to explore nearby national park The hotel is within easy walking distance of the City Pillar. It does not have a gym, but the main park is a 10 minute walk away and who beeds a running machine when you can jog alongwith locals around the perimeter and their are public exercise equipment. The only negative is the room did not contain a safe. But it felt completely secure and I had no qualms about leaving valuables in room. Tip - if you get a chance try and visit Samphon Bok. During the dry season it is awesome.

Reviewed By M9264BObenhWe stayed at B2 ubon 3 Deluxe rooms for 4 nights and it was very nice hotel and good service by the staff and specially from the hotel manager Mr. Wynn. Once we came to check in the hotel the hotel manager came to us and welcome us with cold drinks and cookies, he take care for all of our necessaries. The rooms are new and very clean and comfortable. The hotel locating in good location close to big C, Tawang Daeng club, U bar and many more places. We are very recommended of this hotel and the manager there and we will back to this hotel next month.

So room rates have been slashed to get bums on (comfortable) beds, hoping they will eat and drink at the great Mexican-Thai-American restaurant It worked for me. Very comfortable room with fan 3/4 fridge and air-con. Hot water and lights all worked. Strong wi-fi. No coat hangers in the wardrobe was the only blemish. Great staff especially Aimmy. Highly recommended. They don't do breakfast anymore, Just go for a little walk. Hey this is Thailand.

Reviewed By allanmV4231IAPaid approx $24 Aus which included breakfast. The hotel is modern and bright. Clean and tidy. I stayed in the superior room which is standard I think. It was big and open with a small sofa. Bed was very comfortable and 2 pillows per person which I appreciate. Breakfast was a buffet. It had fruit, local Thai sweet and hot Thai dishes plus bread and jam. The dining room is very modern and relaxing. The staff throughout the hotel are very polite and helpful. I'll definitely be back.
