Best for short business trip
Reviewed By myadlanThe hotel meets expectation. Room size is just right for twin beds. For quick business trip, I recommend this hotel. I like how they arrange the room layout. Twin beds and still have enough space for Muslim prayer. However, I have problem with the phone internet coverage. Maybe because we in the middle room. The other thing is the television, not all channel has good reception. If you want to book this hotel, pay a little extra and get the room near windows.

Reviewed By kengwahw2019Stay there only for a night. Not really up to the standard of it... Check in was.. only 1 staff working on a Friday afternoon. Needs to wait... After check in needs to walk over to the other side of the building to takes left up to room. Ones on room nothing much to be get says about. Only good part is just walking distance to shopping mall. Parking is for hotel guess.

Reviewed By Aliaa Ithe hotel is very clean and quite big for me and my family.the toilet is nice and clean.the staff also very friendly.the air cond and also the water heater working perfectly and the location is good. you can just walk to mamak stall for about two min. the hotel is also near to 7evelen which is open for 24 hours to buy any needs.

Reviewed By NazhiraWas here for a christmas getaway with family. 2 bedroom apartment, very nice. View of the lake and the city. The unit was very clean and neat. We had problem with the visitor lift, we got to walk down the stairs with our luggage and stuff. Not helping! The management should look at that asap!

Not the best choice
Reviewed By OneSiuFeiI went to Kuala Lumpur with 2 friends so it was a 3-female group. The hotel is clean. However, it is NOT centrally located. It is NOT near KLCC, KL Sentral, Bukit Bindang, Little India and Chinatown (the tourist spots). Not very accessible. You have to take the KTM to Serdang station then a taxi to the hotel. The taxis outside the station usually would charge exceptionally high. They usually offer $15 RM from the Serdang station to the hotel but I tried taking a taxi which charged according to the meter. Including the midnight surcharge, I paid $7.50 RM only, which means the journey fee is only $5.00 RM. The night staff was friendly and honest but the day staff was irresponsible. It was stated on the desk that they provide taxi calling service. The day staff said he would not call a cab for us and asked us to stand beside the road to hire one. The walls are thin in the hotel, i.e. sound proofing is bad. The staff took no responsibility to stop the yelling in the corridor. Towels and soap were provided. A pair of slippers was in the room. Air condition is free. Free wifi. Toilet paper provided. Some hangers provided. Bed sheets were clean. In conclusion, the hotel alone is fair but the location is not the best for tourists.

Smelly and Itchy Bed
Reviewed By jekuriWe booked this hotel as we came from Melaka and would arrive late at night. As soon as we arrived the hotel gives off a foul smell. Like it was a really old one already, or smells like curry. When we arrived at our room, the aircon was so loud and leaking. The bathroom door is creaking, like it was about to break. Towels were very old and dirty looking. I tried laying down in bed and I got itchy in less than 2 minutes. There was a 7-11 across the street and we had to buy an antibacterial fabric/room spray just to get rid of the smell and the itchiness of the place. If you just want a place to put in your things or would just like to stay overnight, then you may want to book this. P.S: There is a really, really good burger stand across the road — Infront of 7-11, the name is Selangorku Burger. Please try it!
