Highly recommend for short business trip
Reviewed By kianglong81I checked in late 10pm at the resort. Fast check in procedures and friendly front desk staff. I am having a deluxe double room. The room is clean and air-conditioned. The air ventilation is good and having a small balcony with views. My room is facing golf course. You can choose room with facing swimming pool, if you bring kids. So you can see what your kids doing, while you in the room. The breakfast starts 7am. Quite standard hotel breakfast buffet. Food is good and well prepared. The room bathroom is also standard, with standing shower, a separate bathtub, and a toilet. The toilet space is little small in term of space. When you sit on the bowl, the walls are just by the side of you. The room TV is a sad thing to share. The channels are limited and video resolution is bad. Do recommend to bring your own hdmi cable to connect to your own laptop or phone or PlayStation. There is stream iron and iron board in the room. Perfect for those need business suit for next day meeting. The iron board cover is a little old and discoloration. There is a small fridge in the room, however it is empty. Do bring your own drink or fruit if you need it during your stay. Free Wi-Fi but limited to 3 devices. In general, this is a good place for short business trip stay. Free and easy. The room price is around RM150++/night, quite standard and affordable. Value for money. Do help me click the "helpful" button if this review helps you. Thanks.

Great stay with affordable price
Reviewed By hnnarzaliWe decided to stay another night in Senai but havent booked any accommodation and came across this hotel on agoda. Once arrived, check in was smooth and they did not require any deposit. We took the room that had no window as it was a short stay, but were pleased to find that it was very clean and comfortable. Aircond and water heater were working great. TV had no channels though. This hotel was about 15mins away from JPO. Overall happy with our stay and would 100% recommend.

Nice and relax
Reviewed By stef_nsyRoom is nice with bali style design, love its washroom. There are many activities that you can join, but with charges. Hotel provide some package for stay and fun and relax, but we didn't take that because certain activities we are not interested. Massage is nice. Dinner quite good, but breakfast is suck, you can skip it if you want.

Good stay, but room for improvements
Reviewed By Ingo SI stayed here for 1 night only. The allover impression was good. Quick and friendly check-In. Room was nice and well maintained, bathroom looked still new. The Pool Bar on 2nd floor was simple, but good enough to enjoy some food and drinks. Breakfast had some good options and was satisfying in choice and presentation. I asked to check-out 1 hour later as the check-out timing, as I had to wait for a flight till afternoon; this request was granted without issue. The staff greeted me well at all times and were always polite. Unfortunately I could not give 5 stars, as the bathroom was not clean enough for my expectation; still some hair in the sink and at the surfaces. The glass at the sink was still filthy and probable not been cleaned since some time. The safety box was locked, I did not mention it, as I stayed only 1 night. I asked for an Airport transfer, which I was told would be charged 65 MYR....so I chose Grab. Allover, it was a good experience but still some room for improvements. If I would have been asked about my stay at the check-out, I would have mentioned the above points as well to the hotel staff.

Must pay for early checkin
Reviewed By rafidah jThis is the first time I'm told for early check in one has to pay. Our flight was at 7am. I did make a request but there was no reply from the hotel. And we have been told their check in time is 3pm. We have a function to attend in the afternoon. Have learnt my lesson. Will never stay here in future

Reviewed By Karpu1980I was very tired travelling from Penang.It was Long drive and decided to make a last minute booking at AB Inn Hotel. I was quite surprised as the service was extraordinary as the Receptionist manage to check in us within 5 minutes. The Housekeeping Team was very helpful assisting me on commuting my luggage to the room without any question.I was very tired and helping my child getting his luggage’s and the guy help us. I was impressed for the second time with the quick service rendered.I had an enjoyable stay for the past one week and will definitely highly recommend this Hotel!!! Keep it up good teamwork’s Guys!!!

Close proximity to the airport
Reviewed By TiFBWe stayed in this hotel for 1 night only as we have a flight to catch the next day. Pros: - location to the airport. It was a walking distance to the airport. - the family room that we have is clean. The kids love the 'capsule rooms'. They practically have their own room in the capsules, with a tv, a safe, a removable table for them to have their meals. See photos. - check in was easy. - there were lots of shops nearby & a McDonalds nearby. Cons: - room was very tiny. I felt claustrophobic. - when the kids slept in the capsule compartment & they hit the sides, they made a loud banging sound & that kept waking me up. - the blue lights from the so-called controls outside the compartment kept me awake at night cos it was so bright. Not able to switch them off. - there was no signal to the tv. - supposedly to have wifi but could not connect at all but since we have our travel wifi, not an issue for us. - breakfast was nothing much except egg station, fried noodles, cereal, bread with kaya or butter & the usual coffee & tea. - toiletries are not much, so best bring your own toiletries. - the staircase was cluttered. In the event of an emergency, i seriously don't know how the guests are going to evacuate. Overall, my kids love the 'capsule rooms'.

Never ever stay there again
Reviewed By Jeff Tnice structure hotel but poor maintenance from staff. Air-conditioning is noisy, cockroaches everywhere in bedroom n bathroom. Informed staff but tak apa attitude, changed to second room n air-conditioning is down. Third room only worth of its price. Planning to highlight it to branch manager, but same attitude, no customer service at all.
