Reviewed By adenikem2017Beautifully yards away from Rena Bianca beach the Grand Hotel Corallaro is a delightful choice! From our arrival to departure after a 1 week holiday in Sardinia, (we were first time visitors) the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The bar staff, Francisco and Antonio were always on hand to help and they make a mean Cuba Libre and Virgin Sardinian Mojito! The friendly reception team, Giovanni, Nicholas and Ellen were really helpful and resourceful in helping me track and chase the baggage claim team at Olbia airport when my luggage didn’t arrive Sardinia on time. If it’s taxi or restaurant reservations you need, the team are always on hand to help. The grand hotel Corallaro is cleaned every day, spacious with free car parking facilities, great value for money and close to the centre of town and proximity to one of the best beaches is Sardinia. I would recommend anyone to stay at this hotel whether you’re a first time or repeat visitor to the Island. You’ll be glad you did. We plan to return again soon.

It’s a dream place/resort because it offers so many different activities and relaxing areas, so many pools & beaches which are just so clean and peaceful! All members of staff are friendly and approachable! The kids club is amazing - it has the best facilities for babies and children. The food is excellent and the service too! The food is excellent and so is the service. The Spa is also very good and relaxing. The whole resort and area is plastic free and it is a leading resort for being so Green!

Really good value and a good secluded little hidden gem
Reviewed By Jersey2871Stayed here for one night as we toured around Sardinia. I wondered what we would get for the low price but it certainly exceeded expectations. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Location wise it is very secluded but perfect for us as we just wanted to swim, relax and sunbathe. We walked 5 mins round the corner and found some other stunning beaches. Accommodation wise, it’s clean and functional and good value. The food was pretty good too. All in all we have nothing to complain about and would return. One thing to point out is the transport, it’s €15 euro in a taxi from Santa Teressa - buses are pretty infrequent before 16th June.

Reviewed By H4143JHrobinrThe accomodation with the big pool, animation team, tabletennis etc. and small open air theatre is family friendly and therefore from my point of view the best of the region for families. I loved the room with the new bathroom. But I do not understand that there are no tables outside every terrace - I mean chairs are even there. The breakfast buffet is not worth it and has not a big variety of healthy food. (no fruitsalads, cottage cheese, oat, nuts etc.) There are also only toast and "white" bread available. The large choice of sweets will automatically gain your weight and healthy living people will miss some good stuff. What we did not like, is that nearly all information we gathered in advance to our stay from the hotel staff were wrong or incomplete. We mailed regarding the following topics and if I had deleted them I were not able to prove that I was right. - I had the confirmation that the payment was successful, THEY NOT. --> Took me 2hrs at the reception... - I was told that a doctor will come on request to the hotel for covid tests, but that's not true. The doctor only comes if there are a minimum count of people who needs a test. Very bad if this is not the case when you are leaving. --> we had to go to a doctor in the city... - The prices on the reservation confirmation email contained failures and I had to prove everything and discuss a lot so that in the end I have not had to pay something about 185 € (failures in the city taxes included). --> discussion with managers at the reception about 1hr... - The transfer (hotel-> Olbia Aerport) was booked. I got a confirmation after double check with the backoffice employee. But that confirmation was wrong because they forgot to ask when we will leave and so on and we had to pay this at checkout, because the confirmation of the received payment from the backoffice was simply a mistake. - The booked add ons like open bar, transfer etc. cannot be cancelled at check in. Therefore we had to take our pre booked open bar add on, but unfortunately it was not loaded on our cards while we checked in and so we paid for every drink. I really dont know, why they do not have the information about payments and so on. Everything needs to be looked up with the main office in Palermo and they do not work at weekends. So if you leave/check out on Weekends, GOOD LUCK! What I want to say is that such problems can have big impact on your vacation because it takes a long time to solve these and consumes much energy. Another thing is that only a handful staffs speak english. That's not the standard in 2021 inside of a hotel brand like "aeroviaggi". But I also want to add here is that nearly every staff is very friendly and helpful, but they cannot help in every matter and are not good organized in the hotel. I still enjoyed the stay in Sardegna, but do not recommend aeroviaggi and please take precautions with saving your receipts and emails because they do not store even one mail. ....(I believe "aeroviaggi" has turned into "Mangia's" or somewhat..) cheers Robin

Reviewed By AlicareviewsMy family and I bought a trip to Sardinia in this hotel in August 2021 for 8 days. The rooms were just basic rooms, with everyday room cleaning, what was benefit. The food was average, you could choose from many options, but the taste was nothing special. Our room was quiet far from see, but here was a train picking up people at the stops I think that every 15 minutes what was nice. The beach was amazing, a lot of seats and the water was so clean. There was program for hotel guests at the beach, such as dancing in the sea, once a day you coud rent a kayak for half an hour what was fun. There was also program for guest in the evening, but it was so loud and it lasts until 1:00-2:00 a.m. so with easy sleep you couldn't fall asleep. There was almost no signal because the resort is in national park. But it is nice for few days switch off and enjoy the time without mobile phone. Anyways the sea was so nice that it saved all deficiencies.

The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast tasty, location is central and the price was very fair. To top it off I forgot a favourite clothes item and got it sent to my permanent address in a matter of weeks. A memorably pleasant hotel experience :-)

Chiara at reception is a star, life guard Daniel just saw my samsung Buds fall into pool while I was having my breakfast, did not hesitate to dive and rescued my samsung Buds.... At the restaurant, they are so much dedicated to every detail...From this perspective they deserve 7 star.. Th hotel is just on the coast.. Sea is wonderful.. sandy Beach not deep good for families with children, as a sporty Swimmer, I can swim all small islands during the day, the small islands are so near, so that you can go swimming to another small island.. Rooms are so clean, food at the restaurant is another 7 star.. I highly recommend the hotel to everyone who wants to visit Sardinia and experience Sardinian hospitality.. Thank you Chiara and Daniel.
