A Decent Place To stop Off For A Night Or Two
Reviewed By Jeff206I very recently stayed in this hotel and only for 1 night as I was on a short little retreat for my work and thus, I guess it was the chosen hotel in the area that my company decided to book with. * In truth, while I did give a rating for 'Value', I can't really comment on this aspect all, as I'm unsure of how much the room was per night since it was my company who booked all the rooms for us. However, for just 1 night, it was a very decent stay. They had a good buffet in the evening with beer, the hotel staff was very accommodating, and we all had a good time. The room was spacious and had two beds (which was shared with another one of my co-workers), along with a small loveseat. The room also has a medium sized flat screen TV, a hair dryer, and most importantly, a small frig with 2 waters that are free of charge. There's also a small patio (with a sink ironically), and the air conditioning worked well and was very cool the whole night. The breakfast was average (although I didn't consume anything) and I think overall, this hotel is a decent place to stay for a night or 2. However, there is NO swimming pool for those who may be hoping to enjoy some water.

Pleasant Stay
Reviewed By andgagtripWe booked two rooms to sleep just one night before continuing our trip to southern Thailand with my family. The rooms weren't large but they were bright and clean. Breakfast was not provided but at the reception it was possible to get coffee or tea and enjoy some biscuits. The thing I appreciated the most was the kindness and availability of the guy at the reception who helped us to manage our small problem. Thank you

Sehr gute neuwertige Appartments zur Miete
Reviewed By Rudolf2015Ich wohne seit 17 Monaten in der You House Residence. Meine Erfahrungen sind alle positiv. Besonders gut ist das Gesamtpaket. Appartment, fitnesraum, 2 PKW Stellplätze, sehr freundliches Personal. Der Preis ist im Verhältnis zu anderen Angeboten sehr moderat. Ich kann diese Adresse für alle Selbstversorger nur wärmstens empfehlen. Diese Anlage ist bewacht und befindet sich in 2. Reihe in der Ekkachai Rd. Auf der Hauptstraße fahren genug Taxis vorbei, Hospital, Immigration, Markt und Grossmarkt befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch die Anbindung an Bangkok, 2 international Airports und Hua Hin ist preiswert durch Busse geregelt.

Reviewed By PpsweeWe checked in around 8pm and were assisted by the security guard. It was a fuss free process. The hotel looks very new and well maintained. The room is very clean and comfy. There’s no hair dryer in the room tho.

Reviewed By Sara CThe choice was due to the conference nearby location. (+) clean, big room, complimentary coffee and toiletries (-) the reception night shift staff was not very friendly. We registered and they gave us the key. Found the room by myself. (-) the entrance has a terrible wood ramp with big protruding screws. Not only is difficult carrying the luggage, but the door is not automatic so you have to push and hold. No help from the staff. (-) Poor staff English, they did not understand "mosquitoes in the room" or "upgrade". It took a while explaining . Besides they seemed annoyed (-) Breakfast staff and location was a disaster. The lady did not greet, nor smile. The maid kept dragging chairs as she was cleaning the floor, 7.30 am. (-) in the evening I ordered outside pizza and asked the young lady at the hotel restaurant if I could borrow two forks. She replied I had to go to the other building, and give a deposit. Actually I already left 1000 Thb deposit when I checked in. I was really frustrated. In conclusion, the room itself is ok. Anything else.. Honestly disappointing.

Reviewed By Poo Lin SThis very functional residence in Samut Sakhon, is set a fair bit away from Maha Chai town, and proved not the most practical for travelers like me, without their own means of transport. The room was a good size, with a French TV channel, which I enjoyed. However, as my aim was to visit the Ao Mahachai Mangrove Forest Study Centre, it worked out for that part of my trip. The front desk staff was excellent (perfect English) and helped arrange for a taxi to take me to the mangroves. However, for the rest of my trip to the Mae Khlong train market, and a river cruise; and the Amphawa floating market, I had to move away to the Samut Songkhram province.
