They were so kind, considerate and welcoming that I would happily return again and again. The room was large and clean and the location was very convenient. My perfect stay
Reviewed By M998XVjonjSo this was the first time I had stayed at Hellaby hall hotel and it won't be my last. I am returning again in December and really looking forward to it. The spa and leisure facilities and restaurant in fact everything was wonderful The food was delicious and a really good selection at breakfast I also only got charged a £20 single room supplement which I thought very reasonable. The staff were friendly and courteous and very efficient. I can't praise this hotel enough. Thanks so much for making my holiday such a treat Vanessa who did my massage was lovely and fretwell beauty is a tranquil haven in itself Thanks again

Checkin and check out was personal and easy. Thank you Judefor posting out my dresses that I had left in the wardrobe! Shout out to Zoe who keeps the rooms spotless, great girl. The restaurant had a reasonably priced varied menu. The food quality and service is excellent, thank you Laura and Craig and thes rest of the staff. Genuine friendly service, nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to staying here again.

Comfortable hotel
Reviewed By sophieaT6187IDI booked here due to it being close to the venue we needed to go to but also it is pet friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, it was nice to actually sleep on a queen size mattress that wasn't 2 singles pushed together like most hotels do! Rooms have an aircon unit which was handy, ours was occasionally abit noisy so had to turn off during the night. We did not have any problems with the rooms next to us making any noise unlike alot of other places i have stayed in which was great. Easy to order room service too! The pool was nice which has a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was really lovely. Lots of options for hot food or cold food, all buffet style which i liked. Staff were very friendly. When we checked in i mentioned that we had the dog with us, the receptionist said she will add the ''dog package'' on but we have no idea what that was, i assume it was just the extra charge as we weren't provided with anything, so make sure you take all the dog bowls etc that you need. The one let down was the firealarm went off on Sunday morning at 8am, it went off after a minute or so but it was certainly an unwelcomed wakeup call, and it scared the living daylights out of my dog. But apart from that i did enjoy my stay and would stay here again.

Air con didnt work and window didnt open enough to allow for fresh air (understand this is a health and safety issue). Good bits: friendly and welcoming staff Easy check in and check out process Good price Fantastic pub next door that serves amazing breakfasts!

Fitzwilliam Arms Hotel is situated on the outskirts of Rotherham, close to Parkgate Retail World Shopping Centre and only fifteen minutes away from Meadowhall, Magna and the Don Valley Stadium. The hotel has 42 en-suite rooms - 21 of which were added at the end of 2008. All have tea and coffee making facilities, along with televisions in all rooms. Car parking facilities surround the Public House and Hotel, and secure parking is also available on request.please note the hotel holds regular events throughout (bars are open until 12 during week and 1 am at weekends)

The house keeper Tracey is fabulous such a pleasant helpful an professional lady. The food however isn't up to standard we waited nearly an hour for food having been hounded to book a table as they get busy. Which I may add we where the only table eating. After waiting an hour my food was cold so much so you can put your finger in it.. What was a absolute horror to me was that they put it in the microwave to heat it up... hence my meal was linguine an I had chopped it up to eat It an it still came back cold. It was vile.. this to me had put me off the whole experience of eating with my partner. When I confronted the receptionist she told me that the best the chef could do. An gave us too eton mess as to say sorry.
