Perfect in every single way
Reviewed By Maverik262002If I could provide 6 stars for this resort, I would have done so. First off, the grounds are magnificent, with a mind-blowing view of Khao Yai National Park as it’s picture perfect landscape. Top this off with a scrumptious breakfast and delectable (and substantial) afternoon tea, and service staff that are so genuinely friendly and pleasant, and they rate a solid 5 stars. The 6th star was because the security (?) pointed out that our car tyre (a Europcar rental) was running flat, and then with the help of the reception, proceeded to arrange for the patching of the tyre in double quick time so that our holiday was not affected. A huge shout of thanks to the team in The Series Khao Yai - they are a bunch of gems.

Reviewed By diesolineCurrently at the hotel for our 4days and 3 nights stay and i would say that our stay by far is good. We had a few mishaps with the rooms regarding the first room being small and we upgraded it to a pool villa. The pool villa had some issue with the heated pool and Khun Lada and Khun Gong helped us straight away and the following day, moved us to a junior suite with pool without any extra charges. The downside is the pool still not warming up due to a broken heater. We were informed a little late about that but we still stayed 1 more night. The pool in the villa might get a little dirty being placed under some trees but it's not a deal breaker. Maybe placing an angled net on top might help to prevent dry leaves from falling into the pool. Food was just okay and no bacon which i really love. Haha. Still, we are very thankful to Khun Lada and Khun Gong for making our stay better after having a few issues here. Khun Lada is a very helpful staff and would go out of her way to help out the guests in need. The pool personel was also very helpful when he had to go and clean the pool in the villa at night. I will still recommend this hotel to my friends and family members.

Reviewed By bobbysumarkhoFlowers garden with a remarkable section of tall sunflowers and other colorful flowers. Many tunnel like vegetation with hanging gourds. Not so big, we spent about 30 minutes wondering around & took photos. One of the most IG-able places in Khao Yai. Entry fee is THB 100 per person.
