Reviewed By JK_BarRoomQueenWe loved this hotel with its large rooms, brand new fittings and proximity to a perfect beach. The rooms on the first floor have balconies. Everything is high tech, the blinds can be operated from the bed. We stayed 3 nights and will definitely be back. There are 2 or 3 restaurants nearby and also a beach club, but the public beach is great too and has loungers and umbrellas for rent. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Reviewed By Garth SConveniently located hotel with big simple interiors and extremely clean. The staff were all very helpful and attended to our every need even though they weren't very fluent in English. Ample breakfast which was very enjoyable. Hotel has a good bar and restaurant. Only downside is a flimsy shower curtain which means the bathroom gets a bit messy. Short walk to the beautiful Pescoluse beach and the hotel has beach umbrella's which they let you use. Has a well stocked supermarket close by with great local charcuterie.

Reviewed By TamasLsziWe stayed in the Masseria 6 days in June 2019 and we had an excellent time. The rooms are very stylish. We loved the beutoful details of the design of our room (a deluxe category). Our room was very spaciuos, it had a walk-in wardrobe. We travelled around Puglia and this was the best breakfast we had. It included many savoury items: My favourite was their Salumi, but they had, hard boiled eggs, cheese, ham etc. The grounds are really amazing with beautiful gardens all around and nice view on the hills and a bit of view of the see from some places. The grapes, the trees around are a feast to the eyes. We had such good moments, for example a beautiful sunset from the terrace with a nice wine. WiFi worked perfect during our stay. The beach we went to, playa blanca, is 9 minutes drive. There are many nice beaches around. But the place comes to life through the kindness of the staff, Rosario, Andrea, Roberta and everyone else was very gentle and they made sure our stay was the best possible. We received excellent tips for beaches, restaurants and attratctions. Also we learned a lot about the life here. Many thanks! By the way their own olive oil is fantastic :)

Reviewed By 756zivilebWe stay with friend at this hotel in the end of September. Everything since the first minute was great. Our host Annalisa had excellent manners and skills of customer service. She provided all information we needed and the ticket for free parking and discount coupons for our dinner. Room was super tidy, the lady who was cleaning our room provided extra toiletries. Annalisa made an extra mile when unexpected occurred. I left my backpack in the room. However, the problem was solved out and they send it to me to my home address. Good luck for you all!

Every single element has been considered and is of the highest quality; from the food and drinks to the beautiful interiors. What really stands this place apart is the passion and hospitality shown by the hosts Patrizia and Tony, who did everything possible to make our trip special - cooking us a delicious Puglian dinner the night of our arrival, recommending local restaurants and beaches, and serving the most delicious, fresh, homemade breakfasts by the pool every morning… still dreaming of these! The perfect retreat for a couple or group of friends if hired exclusively (4 rooms). Our room was beautifully designed with lots of space for clothes and luggage (separate wardrobe area so we can keep the main room clear and tidy). Gorgeous bed linen and one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. We slept very well thanks to total darkness and silence - heaven! We will definitely be back in future!

Reviewed By Lucy AWe enjoyed staying at the B&B. Each morning we had breakfast on the terrace. After getting to know some of the clients, we'd organize cocktails in the evening before going out to dinner. The owner was friendly and would give us information on the surrounding area.

Esperienza sgradevole
Reviewed By SvevaC_12L'esperienza è stata molto sgradevole, per info dettagliate vedere la mia recensione su Tripadvisor. L'esperienza è stata purtroppo molto sgradevole. Prima di tutto la maleducazione del titolare Sig. Stefano, dimostrata a più riprese, che ci stava facendo decidere di lasciare la struttura il giorno dopo l'arrivo. Qualche ora prima di arrivare per gentilezza lo chiamiamo chiedendogli se volesse essere avvisato dell'orario di arrivo, risponde "no" senza nemmeno ringraziare, riprovo dicendo che non era un problema farglielo sapere, risposta "ho detto no, mi chiamate quando siete qui" con tono molto scocciato. All'arrivo lo chiamo per sapere dove fosse la casa e chiedo la gentilezza di venirci incontro perché non conosciamo il posto, risposta "no venite dentro voi"...entriamo e lo dobbiamo aspettare 15 minuti, chiamandolo a più riprese senza ottenere risposta. Entriamo in casa ma non ci spiega dove sono gli oggetti, come funziona la raccolta spazzatura, l'aria condizionata o altro e chiede subito il pagamento dell'intera quota in contanti, cosa che non avviene MAI poiché il cliente si riserva di valutare eventuali problemi a fine vacanza e paga alla fine, lasciando di solito solo un anticipo. Alla richiesta di avere almeno la ricevuta risponde "alla fine del soggiorno", anche questa cosa assurda poiché in caso di problemi o controlli io ho pagato in contanti e non ho prove di nulla ma alla fine riusciamo ad ottenerla. Peraltro avevamo modificato la prenotazione togliendo un giorno ma, per un disguido causato da loro, non l'hanno segnato e il titolare ha preteso il pagamento del giorno non fruito prendendoci anche in giro "vabbè non fate una questione per 40 euro" (mentre invece erano 80 poi scesi a 60...) Chiediamo in merito al check out e rispondere "8.30" quando invece era indicato 9.30. Dopo questo inizio altri problemi: la cucina era sprovvista delle cose essenziali (forbice, presine, strofinaccio, un coltello grande per il pane, delle scodelle, ecc), la casa era segnalata come "seminterrato" ma speravamo avesse almeno delle ventole di areazione invece, come potete vedere dalle foto, bagno e camera erano cieche, aprire le finestre non serviva a nulla poiché essendo interrata non entrava aria, gli asciugamani non si asciugavano ma bisognava stenderli fuori, i vestiti nell'armadio sono diventati umidi e maleodoranti e la casa in generale era umidissima. L'aria condizionata era presente solo nell'antibagno ma persino in modalità "deumidificazione" non riusciva a contrastare l'umidità della casa. A peggiorare il tutto per quasi 3 giorni non abbiamo avuto acqua calda. Il primo giorno lo facciamo presente, dice "ok chiamo il tecnico" ma solo la sera riusciamo ad averla solo per 2 ore; il giorno dopo lo facciamo ancora presente, dice "richiamo il tecnico", il pomeriggio ancora nulla e mi risponde tramite sms "abbiamo telefonato a tutti gli inquilini, hanno tutti acqua calda quindi risolto.Saluti." Andiamo a parlare con 4 famiglie e scopriamo che non hanno ricevuto nessuna telefonata e soprattutto protestano anche loro perché l'acqua è gelata. Ci sentiamo presi in giro, trattati davvero con grande maleducazione, rispondiamo che abbiamo pagato per un servizio essenziale ed imprescindibile e quando anche altri si fanno sentire finalmente risponde "sto arrivando" e si presenta 40 minuti dopo l'orario pattuito pretendendo di fare anche la prova rubinetto perché ancora non crede che non funzioni... Risultato: scopriamo che hanno i pannelli solari e, a causa del brutto tempo di quei 2 giorni, non si era scaldata l'acqua nè era stata attivata la caldaia di backup. Arriviamo al check out: gli scrivo che lasceremo la casa alle 9.30 come indicato sul sito e che lo attendiamo per le chiavi; non otteniamo risposta e i vicini ci dicono che lo hanno sentito e a lui non interessa, di lasciare le chiavi alla porta che tanto ci sono quelli delle pulizie e lui arriverà più tardi... Provvedo quindi, per sicurezza, a fare delle fotografie della casa in modo da avere le prove che la lasciamo intonsa e con nulla di rotto poiché chiunque, anche dalla strada, potrebbe entrare a rubare o rompere qualcosa e lui potrebbe imputarci le spese (tutti i cancelli sono completamente aperti anche di notte e chiunque si può introdurre nelle parti comuni arrivando alle porte di casa, situazione assurda...). Alla fine specifico di aver lasciato le chiavi alla porta e ottengo un sms con "grazie buon rientro" che non capiamo sia una presa in giro o un pallido tentativo di salvare la faccia in extremis. Insomma davvero un'esperienza sgradevole, la casa era pulita e funzionante ma a queste condizioni e soprattutto con questo titolare non la consiglio assolutamente.
