Reviewed By N7080NTssI was extremely disappointed with this hotel and the surrounding area. I went during April 2022 half term, which is off peak for this area. The hotel had drained the water from the pool, it was empty. The 'sea view' had a long patch of run down grassland in front of it and a building to the left. It was not pleasant to sit outside. The surrounding area is run down and very limited shops were open on the beach front. The hotel was 3 star at best, no kettle. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast/dinner was an average 3 out of 5. I would never bring my family back to this place ever again.

But you will have in this hotel a great experience: from they time they welcome you to the end. All is just very nicely thoughts. Advise to visit the region, personalised service for breakfast, spacious rooms ... Great start to visit the region

Great place with amazing people
Reviewed By codrutah688One of the best places to be in Greece. Close to the sea, the owners are amazing and helpful. The Hotel is a typical Greek one: small , fancy and yet has an elevator which is great and useful. You can enjoy a nice coffee or simply a drink with your friends.

Reviewed By m1rusНебольшой уютный отель расположен метрах в 100 от песчаного пляжа. Мы бронировали через Mouzenidis Travel (Музенидис Трэвел), выбрали номер Studio, а получили Maisonette, хотя на сайте туроператора такого типа номера в этом отеле не значилось. Сначала нам показалось не удобно, но поменять на Студио могли только на 5й день, а к тому времени мы привыкли и решили не суетиться. Насколько я понял, в отеле 2 номера Маизонетте с отдельными входами и общим двориком. Этот дворик одной стороной выходит на проезжую улицу. Вход в остальные номера мимо ресепшн. Во всех номерах есть балконы, в некоторых они удобные, а в некоторых очень узкие, на них ни стол, ни кресла не помещаются. Номера не слишком прострные, маловато мест для размещения вещей, но для 2* это нормально. Кондиционер немного шумноват, его мощности вполне хватает. Кровати не шатаются и не скрипят, матрасы удобные, подушки плоские (терпеть не могу высокие подушки), белье новое и чистоте. Убирают каждый день, смена белья 2 раза в неделю. Тёплая вода в любое время суток, только нагреватель далековато, иногда приходится долго ждать, пока дойдёт. Душ без шторки, это не удобно, но в 2* так часто бывает. Кухонька очень тесная, на глаз - метра 4. Холодильник (в отличном состоянии), мойка врезанная в рабочий стол, 2 шкафчика (3й занят вытяжкой). Набор посуды очень бедный: кастрюля и сковорода из нержавейки (1 общая крышка), по 4 мелких и глубоких тарелки, чашки, блюдца, стакана, вилки, большой и маленькой ложки, столовых ножа. Кухонных ножей нет (на хорошие ножи мы и не рассчитывали, привезли свои, но чтобы совсем не было...), есть лопатка для жарки, турка, разделочная доска и открывалка для пива. Всё:(( Чайник пришлось брать на ресепшн. Мы не первый раз берём номер с миникухней, но такого аскетизма ещё не встречали! На кухне стоит маленький обеденный стол, второй, чуть побольше, стоит во дворике, из которого вход в номер. Что плохо, так это то, что на 2 стола полагается только 4 пластиковых кресла, их приходится постоянно носить в кухню и обратно. И хорошо, что нас было только трое. Номер рассчитан на четверых, но на кухне помещаются только 3 кресла (!), а ужинать на улице не всегда комфортно - комары донимают. Кстати, не забудьте электрофумигатор - даже 1 комар может испортить всю ночь. Очень понравились завтраки, они оказались очень качественными для 2*: яичница и вареные яйца, сосиски, колбаса, сыр, резаные помидоры и огурцы, фета, хлеб белый, серый и жареный, пицца кусочками, какая-нибудь выпечка с фетой, 2-3 типа сладкой выпечки, 2 сока (не разбавленных), молоко, чай, кофе (варят под заказ), масло и джем в разовых упаковках, из фруктов почти каждый день были фиги. Что странно, йогурт был всего 1 раз, а оливкового масла и винного уксуса не было ни разу. И время завтрака не привычное - с 9:00 до 10:00. В пределах пешей доступности (50-100 метров) есть 4 супермаркета, ассортимент и цены в них несколько различаются, можно выбирать. Зато большого сетевого супермаркета (типа Лидов) ближе, чем в Паралиа Катарини, нет, да и то не Лидл, а что-то поменьше. Общепит, в основном, расположен вдоль набережной. Причем дома на набережной стоят не сплошняком, а с большим разрывом, в этом месте разбит сквер с муниципальной детской площадкой. Большая часть ресторанов расположена левее этого сквера и эти рестораны нам понравились больше, чем те, которые правее. За одним исключением - рыбной таверны AVPA (или AYPA, в разных местах написано по разному) во второй линии у правого края сквера. Отдельно о платеже. В Неи-Пори он песчаный, широкий, песок мелкий, вход в воду пологий, песчаный, реальная глубина начинается метрах в 30-40 от берега. В общем, типичный детский пляж. И детей на нём МНОГО. Это лето, по мнению гида, было жарким, вода прогрелась хорошо, народ не вылезал из воды часами. Даже в шторм в воде было много людей - прыгали в волнах. К сожалению, не нашли поблизости прокатной конторы, пришлось арендовать машину через Музенидис, вышло дороговато.

The best choice for young families
Reviewed By Mile PMy wife and our baby girls stayed here for 6 amazing days. The hotel is super clean, it's right on the beach, and the staff is really accommodating, helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Dimitra, the hotel`s front desk receptionist who made our experience seamless and helped us right from the booking, until the end. When you have someone as positive and competent as her, practically running things day-in and day-out, you are sure to have a great experience. I highly recommend this Hotel to anyone seeking peace, comfort, and convenience in Neoi Poroi, especially if you`re a young family with small children :)

Nice place for 2 stars hotel
Reviewed By Madalina RThe place was ok, quite clean, air conditioning worked ok, the room is not too big but ok. Bathroom was clean. The staff was friendly and nice. The breakfast was not too muh and the coffee is just colored water with no taste. A bit overpriced but we booked late so we did not have much of a choice. Overall, it's ok for a few days, the area is quited and very close to the beach and center.
