The complex: The Blue is located in our beach roads in Nea Peramos just 20 meters from the sea organized by our beach. The apartments: The Blue have a double bed with their own air conditioning, TV. Living with one and two made sofa beds. Full kitchen, big fridge, for washing clothes, TV LCD, air conditioning. All this and comfortable apartments make your holidays memorable.

Reviewed By sshilevI haven’t been in the hotel, only at the beach. The service is average, the coffee was terrible and the think I really didn’t like was that when I wanted to go to my hotel for 10 minutes (I had to take my belongings with me) the manager or some guy told me I would loose my spot at the beach! As you guess I lost my spot and I will never return there...

A beautiful place!
Reviewed By Milan LThis place is really nice and made us staying 10 nights instead of originally planned 4. The owner Tota is super friendly and helpful. Location is also great. The garden is really beautiful and we enjoyed quite some time there. Breakfast is additionally 5€ per person, which we found to be a very good deal. The apartments are good and clean but nothing special. For example, the bathroom is quite small. The mattresses are quite hard, which was OK for me but my wife complained. WiFi worked very good. There are enough parking slots just next to the apartments, some of them in the shade.

Good place for an evening drink and dessert
Reviewed By borislavastankovaWe had a nice desserts with coffee after dinner by the beach. It was nice and had good atmosphere. I recommend the soufflé- it was amazing. For the people who are not chocolate lovers, the pecan pie was great as well. The waiters were serving fast even though they have to walk so long distance to the kitchen area.

Welcome The family-based business of Lefteris and Anastasia Pagoni made their first trip in the second half of the 70’s when the meaning of ‘tourism’ was unknown and a far fetched dream for many residents in this area. The vessel of this business with the signs of wear and tear was sitting idle until 2013. After taking a deep breath and handing the helm over to the new generation it has been renovated. Floors, ceilings , new colors , total upgrades with solid sails it begun its new journey in 2014. Its name ’Sea to see’ George Pagonis and his family are now on the bridge. Its welcoming all new arrivals and promises to guide them to tranquil destinations to build together memories fulfill wishes and sounds they will take with them until their next return. Reviewed By Maria_FYOA great place for family and friends! Owners were very friendly and gave good advices to us. Rooms are modern, clean and equipped with all you need for a good vacation. Beds are very comfy (mattresses and pillows are anatomical). The hotel is in the centre of the village, so a numbers of beaches are just a minute or two away (across the street), as well as s lot of shops and restaurants. Fantastic bakery just next door (great breakfast stuff and ice cream). Highly recommended accommodation!

Si vous cherchez la simplicité mais le confort, la gentillesse d'un personnel toujours bienveillant et prêt à tout pour vous rendre service, si vous avez pris conscience que vous êtes en Grèce et si vous aimez les gens, vous ne pourrez rester insensible à ce lieu. À 2 pas de tout, je pèse mes mots , mer, restaurants, café, boulangerie, vous serez bercé par la douceur de vivre de ce lieu. La baignade, une fois la route traversée, est parfaite. La baie sublime avec ses 2 ptites îles. Si vous préférez une baignade plus boumboum avec sono et bcp plus de monde, 5 minutes en voiture et vous étes dans les oliviers, parking gratuit et ombragé avec transat et parasol. Une conso à prendre pour seul paiement pour la journée. Cette plage d'amolonfi est juste merveilleuse. L'hôtel Plage est rénové. Les chambres avec clim et refrigerateur. Pas de jacuzzi comme indiqué. La terrasse du bar ombragé par des oliviers et parasols. Le ptit dej grec est top ! Des maraichers, dans les ruelles, vous proposent des fruits gorgés de soleil et de sucres à en faire pâlir tous nos vendeurs de fruits soi disant bio de l'hexagone. Pas de restauration dans l'hôtel mais les dizaines de restaurants vous serviront avec plaisir des salades, moussaka et autres poissons grillés. L'anglais est parlé par tous les commerçants. Les plus anciens parlent un ptit peu français.. En résumé, endroit parfait pour y passer des vacances agréables, sans risque et surtout ensoleillées au possible.

The hotel is new, has very big, clean and well-appointed rooms, big bathroom and balcony, parking in front of the building. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. Definitely a place where you come back with great pleasure !! The hotel has a restaurant where you can eat very well !!

My wife and I have a small family resort apartment hotel in the middle of the village. Each apartment is 55-75 sqm with 2 or 3 rooms and 1 or 2 bedrooms. Our playpark is ideal for your kids to play. Also the BBQ area is for you to have a nice stay.
Insgesamt angenehmer Aufenthalt
Reviewed By bonbon503Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss, zur Selbstverpflegung. Aufgrund von Corona war der Spielplatz für Kinder geschlossen. Da wir mit einem Kleinkind angereist sind, war das schade, aber natürlich verständlich! Außerdem gab es einen Grill, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben. Hier einige Details: (Sehr) Gut: - super netter Besitzer, der schnell erreichbar und zuvorkommend ist und Tipps gibt - kleiner Hof auf der Rückseite sehr praktisch, um gemeinsam zu essen. - Supermarkt und Strandpromenade (mit Promenaden etc.) fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen - Insgesamt Unterkunft gepflegt und geräumig - Tipp: zum Ammolofoi Beach fahren (Liquid Beach Bar!). Einer der besten und sauberen Strände, an denen ich bisher war - falls für einige interessant: Fernsehr hat auch deutsche Sender und Netflix Zu verbessern/was uns nicht so gut gefallen hat: - keine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer (nur im Wohnzimmer) - es war immer seeeehr heiß - In der Küche fehlte einiges, um sich tatsächlich selbst verpflegen zu können: nicht genug Messer, keine Pfanne, keine flachen Teller, nur einen Topf / Kühlschrank sehr laut - Das Bad war etwas 'alt' bzw. durch das sehr kalkhaltige Wasser wirkte alles nicht so sauber und es roch nicht gut, wenn die Tür geschlossen war - den fußläufig zu erreichbaren 'Strand' ist eher nicht zu empfehlen, weil sehr klein, also man sollte schon zum Ammolofoi Beach fahren in wenigen Minuten!

Reviewed By dragomirp917Great location - far from the noice but very close to the centre and restaurants. The host was very responsive and friendly. We booked a room with jacuzzi and it was bigger than expected, nice and clean.
