Starting with the friendly and competent staff and check-in, a room with an unexpectedly great view, a beautiful pool and wellness area and simply such a friendly atmosphere throughout my 4 day stay, there is simply nothing to complain about. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were particularly brilliant - the quality and variety of the breakfast was superb. Every extra request - cappuccino with oat milk or poached egg on toast were accommodated momentarily. Another asset is the beautiful lobby/bar area which with a fireplace and such an inviting atmosphere. But the hotel’s biggest asset is its staff - always friendly, always willing to help and accommodate any requests - compliments to the whole team!

Way overrated and seriously in need of update
Reviewed By TravellingDoc98225I can't believe that this place got so many good reviews. From check-in to leaving everything about this place was underwhelming. Because of a bad knee climbing in and out of the bathtub was difficult and we asked for a room with a shower and although they did move us to a nicer room , there was a shower in a bathtub with a shower door that was askew. There was no information given as to where anything was, what time meals were or even where meals were as breakfast is not in the main dining room. The food selection is minimal, either the fixed menu in the dining room or the very limited bar menu and because the hotel is on the wrong side of the train tracks, no close by alternatives. The pool was tepid not hot by any means. I saw there were bicycles but no information as to checking them out, any cost, whether locks were provided or any cycling maps although when I asked they were provided. There was no attempt what-so-ever to follow COVID guidelines by the guests and some of the staff wore their masks on their chin. One the plus side, the wait staff in the breakfast room were very kind when I was splatted by pigeon feces which was a fitting end to my stay here.

Pleasant for one night
Reviewed By Dafne07Firstly, we paid 110 eur for three of us including breakfast so this determines the expectations. The hotel is nice with newly renovated rooms, I would say. I think every room has a balcony. Reception was very friendly. The pools are small but have lot of bubbles and massage areas. No cold pool, which was not so great since it was 32 degrees on the say we stayed. The hotel caters mainly for old people so there were only couple of other families with kids and there is no slide or play area for kids. Breakfast was average. But there was a bottle of sparkling:-)

Excellent Christmas stay
Reviewed By Scott RMy wife and I stayed for the christmas weekend at this hotel. The service was great, the food was excellent and the staff and management went out of their way to make us welcome. Its near to the rail line but well insulated for noise, so even near to the tracks, the noise is very subdued. Price / quality was great. The rooms were very clean , well attended, and The thermal pool is big and the water is "pleasant to hot" depending on where you move to. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, and intend returning.

Reviewed By alessandratE4952ETI went to Hotel Garden and used the Fiori di Bach offer with 3 massages: the first one was the appetizer, then schatzu was a great discovery who brought me back to life, the third massage freed my chakra and now I am really chill. I advise you this hotel and full pension if you want to take a break from stress. The food was really good too and the swimming pools were amazing.

Reviewed By betinaengenExtremely service minded personel. Very pleasant place to stay. Very enjoyable. I was with a group, and the dinner was waiting for us when we arrived late from the airport. I was greeted with at coffee when I was waiting for my cab Sunday morning, and therefor had a lovely 10 minutes outside at 4. o clock in the morning before my return home. Please thank him.

Nice spa hotel with improvements
Reviewed By pedtravelFrontdesk guy was in hurry, inattentive makes wrong info about us and no info or introduction on hotel just done paperwork and hoping us room and ciao! After view hours I claim it by frontdesk manager and his assistant the madam done all needful and beyond to satisfied us we thank for it. Lobby is unique and indoor spa very nice! Good service but lack of English makes order and questions not easy but workable. Dinner was OK for the price we expected better service and quality. Breakfast quality is good but some food were not filled and service was not attentive we ordered all by call and repeat it. The madam bar keeper was fantastic and thanks for all the good late night tea! Lobby is good place for a late drink with good music to read in silence! Relaxing time and for one day or few a good spa hotel to relax.

It was new for kids to be in swimming pool during winter and the pool as all services where clean and well equipped. We found also very practical that was no far from station with train reaching Venice directly. Breakfast also great and lot of choices.

Reviewed By Nadine FThe design of the hotel is ok but I would give it maybe 3 stars instead of 4. I spent here just 2 nights but bed was comfy and room clean and big enough. Breakfast were rich and tasty. I tried also welness, maybe not the most luxurious but efficient and clean. Worth that money.
