Nice hotel with great animation team
Reviewed By 454markpClean Rooms Nice Pool indoors and outdoors Only dropped 1 star due to very little information received during check in. No explanations of the facilities. Only told about meal times. Had to do a walking tour around the place to figure it all out ourselves. All staff very friendly. Animation team was amazing. Had a lot of fun playing darts, boule, ping pong, dancing, water polo and much more. Kids club was especially appreciated. Zoha was great with the kids! The entire animation team was very friendly and took the time to talk to everyone.

Beyond the hotel itself once you'll get to the beach about 5 minutes no more, you'll probably meet Zakaria ou Mustapha with their camels and horse, they were quite reliable if you want to organise some day trips from the Aqua Beach Resort

Reviewed By larasN3459NPThe hotel asks for pcr or vaccine certificate upon arrival which is great for guests! Service is amazing, very caring and respectful. The animation team never sleeps! They are around all day and take care of everyone from children to older couples. The food was not superb but was ok for a 4 star hotel. It actually never stops from 7am to 9pm! The all inclusive bars are a blessing!! Would definitely go back!

Certainly les pleasant in august, we rather like coming in may and september to be quiet without families..

Everyone is nice, kind, interested, helpful, friendly, talkative...I'm here alone but don't feel lonely. I can choose to do some activity, have fun or just be in the beach doing nothing.. Food is amazing, staff and animators are amazing, room is beautiful and clean, manager of the hotel/the chef/travel agent/everyone talk to people and ask if everything is ok or if I do not need anything...... And I haven't had so much fun in a long time....animators do their best, people in the restaurant work hard, the evening shows makes me smile, I can't stop admiring all animators how they dance, exercise, do theathre .......I have to say I feel like I am home. Thanks for the opportunity to be here

Reviewed By 515jonathanNever expected to have this great experience It was a pleasant surprise to discover such hotel ,I loved the service I love the food and the room was so comfortable but my favorite thing was the staff effort i had fun with the boss Danino and the other animators like koji Gomez and the short tchala and all of the others.
