Reviewed By Otto BI have been in Ma'anshan exactly three years ago. I decided to stay at the same hotel again as in March 2016. After the stay, I can confirm ... it's still (almost) the same high level, 5 star hotel, as in the past. Very often, the quality and service is going down fast over the years. This is NOT the case with this hotel, BUT some minor details need attention! Make sure you keep it up and you will continue to be successful. You will certainly see me again when back in Ma'anshan!

Reviewed By Loogle0504Nice hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and nice but seem to get to hot at night and aircon does not work all season (hotel turns off in cooler months). Had to sleep with window open on many occasions. Food is OK and tasty but if you get there after 7pm the hot food can be cold or dry. Generally happy with the hotel with good facilities nearby in the shopping centre.

Reviewed By arh_10We chose this hotel as it was close to the place where we were working. The location is ok, near the lakes. The hotel was not so good - the rooms were dirty, other guests noisy at night and the restaurant packed at breakfast time. There were, fortunately, less people staying there after a few days. We changed rooms to try and get a bigger one - the end rooms are tiny ! When leaving, the shuttle bus to Nanjing airport leaves from next door. It is easy to book a seat just before it leaves - I think every hour. Maybe Nanhu or the new Crowne Plaza would be a better option next time.

Cheaper than the Crowne Plazza
Reviewed By WillieGarnerStayed here two nights recently on a business trip. Thought about moving out after the first night but gave it another night before moving to the Crowne Plazza. The Nan Hu has seen better days. Although it was around 30 deg C in my room when I arrived the ducted air conditioning was switched off. The staff offered me an electric fan in lieu of working air conditioning. My bedroom carpet was so soiled I decided not to chance walking around in my bare feet. My desk table leg was stuck on with a blob of superglue. On the plus side their was free wireless and the bed was big and clean. Most surfaces within the Hotel could do with a good clean. The sofas in the lobby were supposed to be white but had turned yellow and sticky. The dining room surfaces were no better and there was an air of decay about the whole place ! But again there were good points, the staff were helpful and breakfasts were of reasonable quality. For a couple of nights this Hotel is adequate and it did have a faded charm ! I don't think many visitors from overseas say here.

Reviewed By tuzicao8200天气暖和点随意选择了周边城市驾车出行，选择了马鞍山最高建筑的金鹰。有停车场，很方便。大堂很精致，前台礼宾工作人员都很随和，服务很好，疫情管控措施做的很到位，有安全感。在大堂经理的推荐下，选择了一个双湖景房，能看到两个湖，view很好，远眺到长江。入住期间的问题都得到了很好的解决。值得推荐，性价比很高的酒店。

Great Location and Clean Room
Reviewed By Steven WLocation is very good and easy to go anywhere. But the room on road side are very noisy during day time. It's better to choose the room on the other side. We arrived late so only spend CHY88 for the fare. Good value.
