Lovely property in a fascinating location
Reviewed By idandbCharming B&B in the old town of Laterza, an unspoilt location near to the famous town of Matera. The room was very comfortable and clean and very well equipped, the hosts charming and helpful. The only minor downside is that breakfast is served in the room so is a little limited in choice compared to the more normal breakfast buffet, but we still enjoyed it enormously and would certainly recommend this as a place to stay in the area. We thought it was excellent value.

Reviewed By Herbie-GreenWe didn't stay here but did stop for lunch - felt a bit perched on the high outside stools, in a fairly busy but pleasant street. Food OK, but for a superficially nice town it is a bit scrappy with a lot of concrete box buildings spoiling the older style.

Notte insonne per stanza comunicante con sconosciuti
Reviewed By 582gildapCi serviva una notte vicino Matera, abbiamo optato per questo B&B, abbiamo prenotato una matrimoniale e ci si sì ritrovati in una stanza comunicante con un’altra stanza, separate dalla porta di cui allego foto!Morale della favola questi ragazzi sono rincasati dapprima verso le 23 e fino alle 24 hanno fatto baccano(si stavano preparando per uscire) ma ignari che ci fossimo noi dall’altra parte della porticina e poi dalle 05:30 del mattino nuovamente baccano a quel punto ho dovuto bussare alla porta e anche loro si sono accorti di non essere soli!! L’host avrebbe dovuto dir.ci che la stanza era comunicante e comunque nella presentazione non lo specifica. Inoltre per accedere a questa struttura vi è una gradinata ripida… anche di questa info non vi è traccia… occorre essere chiari quando si vende qualcosa !

Bellissima sistemazione nel centro storico di Laterza
Reviewed By KolijaAppartamento in pieno centro storico, ristrutturato recentemente con tutte le comodità (aria condizionata, WiFi, ecc.). La pulizia va maggiormente curata, ma temo che siamo malcapitati, in quanto è tutto tenuto molto bene e accurato. Non ho apprezzato il rivestimento impermeabile del materasso per salvaguardarlo: mi ha fatto sudare tutta la notte per mancanza di traspirazione. Tutto sommato, da tornarci. Il posto è stupendo, così come la sistemazione.
