We had a Villa with private pool which is the perfect hide away for couples. The view is stunning and shows different colors from morning to evening. Beaches and restaurants are within 10 - 20 min drive. We will come back ?

The property is beautiful and our private villa (with pool) was outstanding...highly recommend this type of accommodation since it's an ample size room and the plunge pool is a definite plus! From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, the entire staff's service and attention to detail were exceptional. I'd like to specifically mention Sugar, White, Oad, Sara, and Dome who all ensured that our stay would be memorable for years to come. If ever back in Koh Samui, we will definitely stay here again!

But the highlight of our stay was the amazing staff: Kind, helpful and so accommodating. I cannot recommend this place enough. Thank you for making our holidays the best we had in a long time.

Rustic charm
Reviewed By StaffieLancsThis hotel has a lovely feel to it. As soon as I arrived I felt at home. The staff are lovely and helpful and the location is perfect right on the beach. The pool is a little small and could get crowded if busy but the pool area is pretty with lots of sun beds. The restaurant is good too and we bought lunch there which was tasty and offered a good selection of Thai dishes. We had a cabin which was a good size with good air conditioning and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower which was nice. The bed was large and comfortable and the staff brought a large tv to the room for us. The style of the hotel and rooms are not modern but more of a rustic feel. Now I need to explain the rating. The reason I have only given 3 stars is because of the teething troubles we had due to staff shortages and the fact that the resort had only just reopened. We stayed 2 nights but for the majority of the time we had no working toilet so we used the one by the pool which was not ideal. The plumber was unable to fix it after several attempts. The safe did not work but this was rectified by obtaining the master key. On trying the bath we found the water to be dirty brown obviously as it had not been used for some time and there was no bath plug. The staff brought us a plug when we mentioned it. Also the Wi-Fi did not work but this was also sorted out by the staff after a few hours. The toilet was not the cleanest and needed bleach as when you lifted the lid up it was brown underneath so I cleaned this with toilet paper. There was no bum gun which was unusual. We had no maid service at all but as we were only staying one full day /2 nights that was not an issue and we did not wish to complain. The staff were doing their best here and I would certainly not rule out staying here in the future giving them a second chance when they are up and running again. I just think they need to double check the rooms before they rent them out in future to avoid this happening again. We were just unlucky this time due to them being unprepared and when we tried to report the problems there was nobody on reception so we had to track other staff down. If we had been staying longer we would have insisted that we change rooms and I am sure we would have had a wonderful stay.

Reviewed By Jacobsen75My boyfriend and I stayed at the resort in a private pool villa for a week in May 2022. The whole resort is beautiful, with direct access to Lamai beach and what a beach! Also, just a short walk to the town, where you have lots of options i.e. restaurants, massage, small shops ect. The resort offers everything you’re looking for, fantastic, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast (everything is freshly made and so very delicious). they have a very nice fitness room as well - aircondition good equipment. The staff was fantastic, always very helpful, funny and smiling. We feelt truly welcome. Highly recommended resort! And we will definately return next time visiting Lamai. For us it was the perfect choice.

Reviewed By 226anja_I dont think i have meet more kind and sweet people. The staff is so helpfull, so kind and would do anything for you. They have helped us so much, did approximatly 10 calls for us, because we didnt know where to get some informations, organised us a drive to port and booked us speed boat to Koh Tao. We rented a scooter from them and got flat tire and they didnt complicated at all and said that it is okay and that they will fix it. If i will ever come to Kho Samui again, I will for sure go back to Palm Coco Mantra.

Reviewed By DarbukaSame villa near pool 102 waited us with good Wi-Fi and silent Aircon. Villa was in good condition and fresh paint used during bad times with Covid. We enjoyed very much our visit and resort is nice and staff very friendly. Breakfast was simple according to occupancy not full buffet. Good coffe, some fruits and all important eggs prepared any way you want. I hope more travelers to arrive to Lamai to help Thai people for hard blows from pandemic. We did our share please follow our path.
