Unhelpful reception staff
Reviewed By craigpK5159OBNice hotel but unfortunately the staff were very unhelpful when trying to locate my misplaced sunglasses during my stay. Did absolutely nothing to help me. Very poor indeed. The restaurant staff on the other hand are very good, wish I could say the same for the hotel reception who appear to treat guests like they are an annoyance. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Not even close to a two star hotel
Reviewed By k959883Location : in the middle of nowhere! Basically next to a highway and a 35€ taxi drive to the nearest metro station or a 65€ taxi drive to Milan centre. Nothing to see around and more importantly nowhere to go if you do not have a car. The rooms are comfortable but you will not find even a single bottle of water in the room , really what is the point of having qn emoty mini bar in the first place? You will not even find a single glass in the room in case you wish to place a toothbrush or drin some water from the sink. Just 4 hungers in an open closet, have of them broken. I have had much better breakfast in a B&B! The breakfast is Extremely poor. Mattress , bed , pillows are according to the hotel style type which is “ cheap and minimal « (definitely not a 4 star as they claim ). During exhibition fair (by the way it is another 30€ taxi drive to Milan exhibition fair) we paid 180€ per night. It would have been much much better to find a 2 star or 1 star hotel in the centre of Milan and take the metro to the fair than making the mistake to stay at Ibis. Leaving the hotel you definitely feel that you have been ripped off regardless of the money you spent for staying over there.

Reviewed By Sandeep Swas there for just one night but had a big issue reaching this place due to the road blocked and most of the taxi people are not aware of this and even their gprs does not work was very difficult but luckily found the hotel> the rooms are just ok > the bathroom was very small and the shower was hardly working> this hotel property wise is beautiful and as the name says for people who play golf stay here > the staff friendly arranged taxi for me and they have a fix fare for going to the airport or Duomo >

Part of historic complex of mid-nineteenth century, located in the main square of Lainate, in front of the famous Villa Visconti Borromeo Litta, Locanda al 5 is informal and comfortable, recently renovated on three level. The ground floor hosts a cozy Cocktail bar open until late night.
Good atmosphere

There is a hostel as well, but the hostel prices is unbelievable crazy, I do not recommend stay in the hostel, we have other good options nearest there. About English, only a waiter talks in English, the rest of stuff do not talk in English, twice times I needed to wait little bit long to buy beer because people do not talk in English. Anyway I recommend this place.

A bordo dell’elegante piscina e dello charme della villa puoi soggiornare nella locazion più suggestiva della zona. Tutte le camere hanno un accesso indipendente e bagno privato.

Monolocali e Bilocali molto accoglienti e dotati di tutto ciò che è necessario ! La nota ancor più positiva è sicuramente il custode Ahiub che è sempre disponibile a venir incontro alle esigenze degli ospiti! Se dovessi tornare a Lainate sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo qui!
