Reviewed By aliyab893Были удивлены, найдя эту ветку, так как на сайтах-букингах Aral Hotel выглядит самой приличной гостиницей в Аральске. Перезвонили в гостиницу, оказалось, что старую гостиницу полностью снесли и на ее месте в 2020 году построили новую. В гостинице останавливается деловой контингент, но есть и туристы-иностранцы (британская, французская речь на ресепшн). Тихо, никаких посторонних запахов, все новое - ко всему приятно прикасаться. Персонал идет на встречу в любых вопросах: доставка, удобные условия при позднем выезде, четко ориентируют, где-что в городе найти, такси в другой город и т.п. В принципе, не ожидали найти в таком маленьком городей гостиницу бизнес-уровня.

Reviewed By GillboyI only stayed a night here, but ,was satisfied with everything. The location is very central and there are lots of small shops nearby. The staff do not speak English but i managed with my basic Russian. The room was very spacious with two separate rooms each with a single bed. It was very clean. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant. I had a cream chicken dish there for dinner and it was very good. The breakfast in the same restaurant was quite limited, but i think that was because i arrived early. If you are looking for a good value mid range hotel in Kyzylorda then this place is a good option.

Очень удобное место для командировочных, чтобы сконцентрироваться на работе без лишнего шума и беспокойства! Позволяют бесплатно остаться в номере на пару лишних часов. При необходимости делают трансфер, что для таким маленьких отелей обычно редкость.

Reviewed By Sarsenal96I have been staying there since its opening in 2017, therefore my experience is quite impressive. There were so many unpleasant incidents, that I do not know what would be the best to start with. I am forced to stay there as this is the closest hotel to my office. Besides it is new. The positive trend is in their review of approach re breakfast concept.

Цель поездки - командировка по линии образования, подбор отеля осуществлялся по соотношению цена/качество, а точнее - что можно позволить себе за эквивалент 3500 рублей за ночь, которые бухгалтерия оплатит в командировочных. Считаю, что не прогадал. За примерно 3500 рублей в ночь удалось забронировать полулюкс со спальней и "предбанником" с диваном, журнальным столиком и телевизором. Кондиционер был именно в "предбаннике", что хорошо - не мешал спать. Холодильник есть, но минибара нет. Убирают номер ежедневно, без напоминаний, флакончики с шампунями, гелями для душа и мыло подкладывают в ванную каждый день, даже если не израсходованы вчерашние запасы. Персонал вежливый, но не навязчивый. Отель расположен не в самом центре Кызылорды, но в шаговой доступности (20 минут ходьбы) от исторического центра, в достаточно тихом месте. В пределах квартала рядом есть банк (если нужно обменять деньги), несколько кафе с казахской и узбекской кухней (на Юге Казахстана много кафе с узбекской кухней), продуктовый магазин. Можно пообедать и поужинать в отеле (плотный завтрак был включен в бронирование), только лучше расплачиваться наличными тенге - народ, работающий в ресторане, хорошо готовит, но их с трудом удалось убедить, что выданная в России карта Visa зачислит им на счет тенге, а не рубли ;-). На ресепшне народ более технически подкованный. Опять же, что важно для деловых поездок - документы для отчета перед бухгалтерией дают по первому требованию. Отель маленький, тихий, окна номера выходили во двор, а не на оживленную (для Кызылорды) улицу, шумно не было ни днем, но ночью, что хорошо для деловых поездок, когда после работы хочется отдохнуть. WiFi бесплатный и дает хороший сигнал. Единственная проблема - в номере работать на ноутбуке можно было только на журнальном столике - за столом обычным было некуда подключить блок питания ноутбука, хотя это может это мои личные проблемы - батарея в моем ноуте временами внезапно вырубается, и без внешнего питания я работать не рискую. Рекомендации - для деловой поездки самое то.

Reviewed By Peechthere is no elevator in this low-rise, so someone - either staff or yourself - will have to carry your luggage up the flight(s) of stairs. room is spacious, but mine smelled like someone's body odor. Wifi is free but can be excruciatingly slow depending on the time of day. TV channels are all local/Russian. Bathroom has nice toiletries, and a high-tech shower stall with rain shower and different nozzles. It even has lights, fans, and a radio. Surprisingly neither the Terrace Nomad nor the Lounge offer many local dishes. Most are "Western" like pizza, pasta, steak...etc.

Approach with Caution

Three floors but no lift, a large apparently well equipped gymnasium, but a lot of the cardio equipment does not work and is for show, a few bike bikes are actually in the corridor of the ground floor. for weights OK though, and personal trainers are available but English is not spoken by any of the staff on my three visits, so it is difficult for none Kazakh/Russian speakers. The restaurant is actually the night club/Karaoke Bar, a Saturday night me plus 6 other customers. So not not a must see. They do have one old copy of the menu in English and do have pork on the menu, BUT like a lot of these places only limited items on the menu are ever available.

Needs an overhaul
Reviewed By sallyannet2014This is a for storey hotel with no elevators, even the wifi can only just manage to get up to the 2nd floor, best reception is sitting in the lobby. We had a large room with 2 king single beds which were quite comfortable but there were numerous stains on the bed covers. The air conditioner was very old and held together with sticky tape but worked and was quite. The bathroom was small with shower over bath, bath bottom could do with a good clean. The room had quite a bit of nice furniture but all very dated and tired looking. The carpet looked original (50 years old). There was no kettle, no hair dryer, but there was a fridge, 2 chairs and a TV. The reception staff were friendly although they had no english we seemed to get by. Unfortunately breakfast was shocking, no tea or coffee making facilities, I asked about a cup of tea and got a blank look but later saw a man with a cup. Only drinks on offer were water and a watery juice. Porridge was as runny as water. No sliced bread and no toaster. Bread that was available was a round flat loaf that had been cut into prices and tasted very stale. There were a few bowls of different jams, butter, cottage cheese and cream. No honey. There was some cut orange pieces, sliced tomatoes, chopped cucumber and sliced cheese. Fried eggs but the whites were still slightly raw as were the yolks, so I went back to my room and had a cereal bar. I don't know what the other hotels in town are like but this isn't 5 star maybe 3 star.
