Reviewed By yjt2014Utter disappointment to view the rooms. Had expected more since this was one of the more expensive hotels around. Sheets, towels, toilet were dirty with stains. To park, you had to go 6 floors up, be careful if you have a large car, the space is tight. Did not use any further amenities (pool, gym)

Poor service
Reviewed By MichelleG3850check in 26th March for my 3rd visit to this hotel. as usual, front desk staff ok but unfortunately no power supply in the afternoon 4pm. Was told TNB is fixing something and totally understand not hotel's fault. Decided go out for hang out in cafe and mall and back to Hotel in the evening, still no power supply. Have no choice and going to take shower in friend's house and return to hotel at 10pm, as was told by the staff, power resume. When i back to room, power supply cut off again. I was tired and decided to check out. Front desk staff promise to refund after 2-3days after checking with their manager , Ms Sharon. Follow up refund issue after 3 days and was told by the staff, unbale to contact booking.com and will try again. Ask me to call back after 1 week, if i still do not receive my refund. After 1 week, i call hotel and still , no news on my refund and this round manage speak to the Manager , Ms Sharon and she told me i should call booking.com to cancel my booking instead of Hotel. I was upset and explain the flow to Sharon as im the hotelier as well. Then only she realize unable to push the responsibility to booking.com and promise to refund. Still, the refund process took another week as she mention boss was no around. I am taking total 2weeks to follow up. Guess this is the last round i check in to this hotel.

Minibar included. Provided basic soap dispenser , soap bar and toothbrush, mineral water and coffee, towels. Located in shoplot area, 2 storey building, next to watson.Pizzahut, KFC, Subway all within reach. Easy access to local food and a lot of food stalls with no seating though but variety from laksa, sotong, tea, nasi kerabu. Also walking distance to 7-11, restaurants nearby, also near to bank and pharmacy and if u left something behind dont worry boutique hotel is walking distance to Mydin. Parking quite challenging during the day, but at night a bit easier. Value for money. Hotel with lift and safety (firedoor, smoke detector) Wish wifi was better and more variety for tv channels. Bad meal during quarantine
Reviewed By NJ12578As we are on pandemic, most hotels are close and only open for quarantine station. I have stayed here for 14 days quarantine due to new business SOP. Meals were provided 3x per day. The problem was, most time of the meals comprising plain rice with 'same' dishes circling around 3 days period. And worst, the fishes that has been used were waaay ages. Maybe already in the freezer for months and suddenly used to cook and give to the people staying there. If there was any fried noodles, you don't expect it to be proper fried noodles as it is only consist of noodles and small vege. No chicken/meat/fishball or what so ever. Only plain fried noodles. What a mess an ruin the day if you start the day, having that kind of breakfast. We paid for the stay. It's 14 days!! And with hotel industry become alive again, don't expect you can have better profit while giving such service. Just to give suggestion, as a QS (quarantine station) you should come out with idea of giving list of meals (hotel can provide) to the customer so that they can tick-the-box, of what they want to eat for the whole period. So this can avoid meals been throw away in the garbage.

Good room for the price
Reviewed By zamnovI loved the village like ambience of the resort. The buildings were all wooden village style. The room we stayed was a Deluxe room with a King Bed. The bed was comfortable and I had to request for an extra bed for our kids which was eventually just a mattress, sheets, blanket & pillow. The staff were friendly & the breakfast was OK. I can see why a lot of people are disappointed with the resort as it's badly maintained. I hope the management really considers into refurbishing its facilities.

Enroute to dereliction
Reviewed By zimbajamuLooking through the reviews here, there are no recent ones. Things have deteriorated much since I first stayed here in 2019. Back then, service was friendly, room was nice and clean, aircon was functioning like it should. Perhaps blame it on covid restrictions past 2 years. Blame it on low cash flow to do maintenance. Blame it on lack of motivated staff. Truth is, this hotel’s standard has gone down. Broken, poor maintained room, unmotivated & deary staff working, moldy & poorly cleaned bathroom.. I can go on but you can probably get the picture. Pity, it was great back in 2019 but I won’t be returning.

Reviewed By tiqa a1. good cheap place to stay 2. conveniently located abt 3 min walk to the beach front, surrounded by cheap local eateries but very few served breakfast, most of them started business at 12pm. 3. very near to airport, 5 minute drive 4. stay for 2 at RM 150/night 5. ask for ground floor room.
