If you think your going to get a budget hotel experience at the King's Lynn Travelodge then think again. Having travelled the world staying in some of the best hotels, I would more than recommend this hotel. Very friendly staff, extremely clean hotel and amazing rooms. My family and me had the most amazing stay here with us all agreeing the beds were extremely comfortable. And, what surprised us the most was Kings Lynn itself. What a gem the area is and the shopping was amazing nearby. We will most certainly be back to this very modern Travelodge :)

"Excellent"

My wife & I have just returned from an "Excellent” three night stay at the Dukes Head. Check in was a breeze with a huge smile from Bella at reception. We arrived early but this was not a problem and we were offered free parking then shown to our spacious and extremely clean room with lots of tea/coffee machine & biscuits. Wi-Fi was strong all over the hotel. In the evenings we enjoyed pre-dinner drinks in the bar served by the extremely attentive bartenders George & Lucas. We then had delicious meals each evening in the restaurant served by Mark & Hannah. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they were so nice. In the mornings we were again spoiled by the lovely Kim our server at breakfast who again could not do enough for us. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The Duke’s Head is a delight with its splendid façade and amazing staircase leading to your room. If you are coming this way stay here and you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! We were given a room upgrade for our anniversary celebration and the room was decorated with that theme in mind! The breakfasts were amazing, so many choices and the hot food all cooked perfectly to order. We also celebrated a meal in the restaurant and the food was truly excellent! The waiting staff looked after us brilliantly, as did the reception staff! Thank you! Also loved meeting Benjamin Bunny, who took the biscuit, quite literally! Thank you to all at Knight's Hall for making our stay so perfect and so memorable!

Hotel and staff are lovely! It's clean, warm and welcoming. Restaurant was awful. Waited 30 minutes right at the bar by the till, got ignored over several customers who came in after myself. Felt unwanted and like I wasn't worth serving, in the way even.

A great stopover with a big bed!

Had a brilliant time here as part of a little mini-break. Parking was great, the wifi was good and the room was really well done. Our doggo really liked cooling down on the tiled floor and we loved the big superking sized bed! Only criticism would be the sound-proofing, we could faintly hear our neighbours’ talking in the evening. That being said, we’d definitely come back!

We wanted somewhere a little bit special and having looked up some places to stay, chose Stuart House. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful and pleasant lady who booked us in for our requested two nights. On arrival we were greeted warmly and shown to our ground floor superior room. Very comfortable and we'll fyrnished. Comfortable bed, two chairs TV and quality furniture along with generous supply of tea coffee etc. We dined in in both evenings and enjoyed the food and drink as well as two very good breakfasts. Free car parking, residents private garden. All the staff were friendly and helpful and it was good to meet the owner and compliment him. Will we return? you bet we will. Jus the break we were looking for

Reviewed By Jenny J

My husband & I needed a break & it was our 58th wedding anniversary. Some friends recommended the Fflolkes In Norfolk & we were not disappointed. The STAFF were really welcoming, from the top down and we had a thoroughly enjoyable two nights stay. The ROOM, whilst compact, is very well appointed, with divine bedding. We understand that, together with other ventures on site, these rooms are to be upgraded The FOOD, was imaginative and well prepared. The BREAKFASTS were healthy, should you wish them to be, but naughtier things were available and some items were cooked to order. The DINNERS carried a different theme each of the two nights we were there. There was something for everyone, except maybe for those who like to end with a sweet something, but who cannot be too naughty. The POSITION is ideal for touring the North Norfolk coast, Hunstanton and is in easy reach of Norwich
