Reviewed By NecumariLoved to stay at Opal Hotel. Rooms were just renovated and the view over the Black Sea is superb. Breakfast is not spectaculoase but it serves the purpose. The location is top in my list beeing situated very close to the sea. We came with a little baby and everything was perfect. Try it if you want some relaxfull late summer holidays.

The worst Experience Ever
Reviewed By Grig87Well. It's our second day and there is still no hot water. Unable to figure out what the problem is. The receptionist is unwilling to help and unable to give any answer. The management is missing. I hope this hotel goes bankrupt.

Cleanliness is unimpeachable, the rooms are very quiet, and as for sanitising the surfaces against covid 19 - they go above and beyond standard measures. The staff is very friendly and polite, always ready to assist with your needs. We will be going back next year!

Reviewed By lydiacristina123Lovely looking villas which are very clean and great for a beach holiday. Gardens are kept well. Staff are very friendly. Villa cleaned and towels changed daily which is very good. Close to the beach (5/10 minute walk) and very close to restaurants and shops which is useful. On the other hand, location isn't amazing and there aren't any good views. Workers made a lot of noise nearby which is annoying. Television is outdated but works so is okay but information magazines in the villas are very outdated (2005-2006). Wifi worked even if very slow. Also, the fridge made a lot of noise which was especially annoying at night. Our experience was better than we expected and we would probably return.
