stopped at Clos des Colombes as part of small private group day tour from port of Constanta. this 'wine tasting with snacks' was the highlight of the day! wish we had arranged and allowed time for full lunch wine-tasting! we were warmly welcomed by owner, Mde. Rosenberg, who gave our group a short tour of the winery & wine cellar. the wines, paired with 'homemade snacks' prepared on-site, were wonderful! and some of us decided to order additional a la carte menu items. la foie gras, delicieuse! wines, reasonably priced. this place is very close to port of Constanta. highly recommend to cruise passengers w/day in Constanta to taxi to Clos des Colombes. if you go, book as wine-tasting with FULL lunch. advance reservation may be required, but will be day well-spent!

Such a disappointment! It started out well but it soon fell apart... A party of three, we got there hungry after a day at the beach. We are not fussy eaters at all. The road to the restaurant is in a very bad condition - dusty and very poorly marked, with no lights...Moreover, once you get there and park your car - wherever you can find a spot - you must cross a circulated railway in order to get into the restaurant!!! Yes, it is kinda dangerous! We got a table right away, as the place was not very crowded but neverhteless, the waiters seemed overwhelmed, as we waited a long while for someone to pay atrention to us, and in the end I just went up to a table where I saw some menus and brought them to our table myself! This should have been a warning signal but ... there was more! The table cloth was stained and as night was falling there were hardly any lights lit. We ordered the food finally, after several attempts to notify somebody, and we had to wait a very long time for the food. When it came, it was already cold so it was no longer tasty. Before that they had brought a basket of bread, and because we were hungry like wolves, we ate all the bread before the main course arrived. The cold main course which we ate in darkness - we had to use the smartphone lights to see what was in our plates and avoid the fishbones. There was also a persistent smell of rotting seaweed from the beach! Pungent smell! In the end we asked for the desert cheese pie - which we hadb ordered from the very beginning - and the bill! The bill came quickly and also we were announced - without any apologies - that there is no more cheese pie! But upon checking the bill we saw that the pies were billed. We told the waitress that we saw that other people who arrived after us, got the pie, and that although we didn't get it it is on the bill, and the waitress - visibly annoyed- rolled her eyes and hissed at us that we can pay deducting the price of the pie! As if she was doing us a favor by allowing us not to pay the cheese pies we didn't get! We'll never ever step again into this rathole and others might as well spare themselves from such disappointment!

A fine restaurant, set in beautiful location, right on one lake from Neptun.
I've been at dinner, in the evening - a relaxed atmosphere, slow music in the background, sound of frogs from the lake, smell of the sea... Good service, really good food and almost every drink you can think of. Still, it's pretty expensive - I think we paid about 250-300 lei for a table of 4. It worth it, as the dishes were fabulous. Will come here again.
PS: eat fish, it's very good.

The food was excelent. We ate here for 3 times, every time we ordered something else. Everything was excelent. Taking into consideration that Neptun is like a gost-location, this place is like a piece of heaven. Strongly recommend it.

It is the 3rd year in a row when I am eating here with my little one. Never had any problems. Excellent prepared, all kind of food, very clean and very well balanced with prices. It is always full with families and children.

Tripe soup ok, the vinegard on the table very low quality. Sintetic :(( , horible. Second course very good, pickles salat nice. We recomand it. The personal very kind.

In the middle of Neptun, is a very nice location, modern. Nice view of the main street of Neptun . Best pizza and pasta in the area. Good music, big TV screen, very helpful staff. We liked and we will return with big pleasure.

The place was nice and clean with beautiful terraces and green spaces. Sometimes there is live music playing and mostly the restaurant is very crowded.
The food is tasty usually served hot but ordinary, the dessert is awful, the pizza is nice.
They tend to be a bit pricey for everything but i recommend this place because the staff is very nice, experienced and you can have great time. Waiting time for the servings depends on the waiter and how crowded it is but most of the time is long.
