The taste of the food was miserable. It's not what you expect from a reputed hotel. Definitely not visiting here again!

Reviewed By Lath1959Visited and stayed there from 12th July to 14th July.The services are realy bad, no facilities of wifi,kettle in rooms, free breakfast, housekeeping and all other as promised in their site. Rooms are licking from roofs, doors are not working with the keys provided. The behaviour at the reception is unimaginable harse.

Reviewed By Road39909116362Food Quality We ordered for a simple item like Aloo Jeera and Chapati and Tutty Fruity Ice-Cream for Dinner on 12th Feb night. Noteworthy we have already spent 5 nights in the hotel. Suddenly on 12th night we find that the Aloo Jeera was smelling like rotten food!! On asking for the Manager to visit we were told that The Manager is busy in attending guests at the reception and we had to go down and formally complaint. Yet no response!! Manager said simply order different food!! On pursuance asked for the Kitchen Supervisor to visit and have a taste of the food!! He countered that their food was fresh and he was to go home since it was late and all such nonsense. He then offered for different food instead of being apologetic!!! There was then the Tutty Fruity but no Ice-Cream. This is the condition of the Hotel's Restaurant. Think many times before having food here!! If you at all risk having food then be careful about what the hotel restaurant is feeding you!!! Coming to service they are very very slow!!?

Reviewed By 803rajeshdServices are very poor even worst. Price is very high in comparison to room quality. No one is bothered about that even after several reminders. Even if AC is not working properly. You have to wait at least one hour for bottle of water in your room. They are doing wrong billing also against the services which they have not provided. Management is very poor.

Reviewed By Francis DClean Hotel, Good food but Veg only. Staff behaviour is moderate. Check your bills on checkout, other rooms food bills will be inadvertently added to your account. I have faced this problem, they promised a refund during next visit. But during next visit they said would be adjusted in bill and on checkout said they will refund the same to my account. Still waiting.............

Reviewed By rajarshi2016Stayed there for 2 nights while on a business trip with 3 other colleagues. Must say that their rooms are very spacious, though not very well furnished. However, no complaints for the amount I was paying. Make sure you ask them for a towel and toiletries, as they do not provide the same otherwise. The hotel is completely vegetarian and does not have a restaurant. Food is cooked in-house and served in your room. Again, I had no problems with both quality and quantity of the food served. Breakfast is complementary, but do ensure that this is confirmed at the time of check-in. Location-wise, it is bang in the middle of the main road and the main market. You will need to hire an auto from the station - takes just about 5 minutes though.
