Run out horrible service
Reviewed By X6004BTadamrIts a run out hotel payed over 150 usd for a room with a pool the pool is small no privacy, there is no air conditioning in the rooms , tge bathtub old and broken same as the shower, mirrors with scaling, hinges rotten The food in the restaurant expensive and very average, they put a fan in the room wich made tons of noise complained at the front desk and all they did was say sorry

Cheap but good option.
Reviewed By Ramon RThis is an old hotel, but very good option if you use it as an "only go to sleep" option. It has a pool, ping-pong table, parking, restaurant (good food) but the downsize: No phones at any room and no air-conditioning (you may ask for an electrical fan). The rates given are per person, children under 7 years old pay only 50% of the adult's rate. You may also ask for the different type of rates: with breakfast, with breakfast and lunch and with the 3 meals. They only accept cash and payment in advance.

This kind of concept where they pamper you like your own home doesn't have comparison. I like the small restaurant very comfy, breakfast food was very homemade. You guys need to open your menu, specially for lunch and dinner. My room was clean and comfy. Natural flowers in my room, I like it. Bathroom is old, it needs some changes. Place is very quiet. Pool was clean and free time. It's 2 mt deep in a part, please be careful. Generally, it's like a big house very comfy but it needs maintenance to be great. Surely, I'd like to go back. Don't forget our advices, specially if one night there our listener was the owner.

Quiet, Walkable to Jardin and Market
Reviewed By Kurt BThis hotel is older, but very well-maintained. I would live to stay here again when back in Ixtapan de la Sal. There are 3 amenities I would suggest discussed below. This hotel is quiet. Slept like a ROCK. Ask for a fan. Nice pool. Open until 8pm. Bar and restaurant by pool. 3 amenities to suggest: 1. Put in better WiFi network that reaches room. Connection to lobby, bar, and restaurant are insufficient. 2. Stick a coffeemaker in each room to make tea and coffee. 3. There is musty, smoky smell in lobby, even though there is no smoking in the hotel. Periodically aired out. But, that said, this hotel has an attentive staff and great pool. It is a privilege to stay here. Quiet, away from the noise. Rooms are nice.

Reviewed By P5517JFkenbWe loved this hotel and the family that owns it. Great courtyard for relaxing and playing cards. Enjoyed the breakfast and pool. Rooms were clean and spacious. Weather was fantastic. We visited the spa in the city. We also took short trips to zoo, Cuernavaca, Taxco and Malinalco.

Location of the hotel: good location, at the town center and in front of an aquatic park. Service: attendant, welcoming and efficient. Food: the food was pretty good. Parking: safe parking within the hotel, with enough space for the visitors. Rooms: simple, neat, clean, comfortable and practical. Noise: overall there was no disturbing noises, not even at night. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet area. In my experience it is the best hotel in the area, I recommend it.
