I reserved two beds on the first floor because I know this place and they don't have an elevator and I have a heart condition. When we arrived I was given a room with one bed on the second floor and was told they did not have any rooms on the first floor left with two double beds. I arrived at 3 pm and the parking lot was empty. The AC in the room sounded like a jet engine when turned on and was told by maintenance that was the only speed it had. I found out why at 11:30 when the music and singing started below our window. Without a blasting AC which you could not sleep next to you could not sleep with the music and singing. We packed up and left at 12 midnight and drove for an additional 12 hours to our destination after driving 9 hours to get to this hotel. I am done with Holiday Inn after this experience! You can stay at a dump hotel and have a better stay with less grief than this place. Many other issues not noted in this review!

Modern, comfortable, convenient hotel
Reviewed By TheSwissicansWe spent two nights at this hotel and would come back. It is not centrally located and you need a car to get downtown or get a taxi cab or take the bus, but it is easy to reach from the main freeways. The room, two queen beds, was very nice, clean and comfortable, everything worked fine. Bathroom was very good too. Breakfast is included but could have been better, our guess is that with the pandemic they cancelled the buffet and are now serving you your choice of things - it is probably also a good way to have less food go to waste.

Rooms are very comfortable. The staff and management are very welcoming. And, the hotel is just a block away from the main plaza of Durango. Excellent in every way.

Reviewed By MiltonitoThis midddle price range hotel is located approximately half way between the airport and city center. It is modern clean and staffed by friendly helpful people. They are environmentally aware with some room lights being on motion sensor timers and the ability to request your bedding and towels not be changed every day. They thoughtfully provide complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, a coffee maker in the room and an evening door to door snack service. My room booking included breakfast which was available from the adjacent Bistro Garden restaurant. Breakfast was significantly more than the usual coffee and toast. It was your choice from hot cakes, eggs and toast or chilaquiles. There was sufficient hot water in the spacious walk in shower. The bathroom was handicapped friendly. The only drawback was that the towels were like drying yourself with a very large piece of sandpaper. The room was equipped with cable tv to a I would guess 37 in wall mounted flat screen tv, WiFi and several electrical outlets and USB charging ports. The single draw back was the spotty WiFi signal. Relaxing atmosphere, clean comfortable room and friendly staff all contributed to a great stay. Overall one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I have experienced.

Reviewed By amrv83Solo estuve una noche, llegue de paso a dormir, no pude evaluar muy bien los alrededores pero el hotel está limpio y cómodo, la habitación linda y amplia. Por un costo extra pude hacer late checkout, el personal muy accesible.
