Reviewed By Damonwalker666What an awesome place to stay !!!!!!!!!!!! Such a warm welcome and super efficient communication prior to our stay. This is a basic hotel with no thrills but who cares if you get made to feel so special. Sistiana village is pretty and has a marina/ pebbled beach area 10 mins walk away. We found it magic a great place to unwind at sensible prices all round. Airport is 20 mins away and so is Trieste by car 1 hr by boat . Super continental breakfast in the morning super fresh,. Rooms are modern ,spacious , comfortable and immaculately clean. Double glazed french door to a balcony with a roller shutter to keep any noise or light out. wonderful stay :)

Siamo tra i due castelli quello di Miramare e di Duino, nella località di Sistiana nel comune di Duino Aurisina circondati dal fascino della storia, a pochi chilometri dal centro della bellissima Trieste. Vi accoglierà la baia di Sistiana, dove l’azzurro del mare incontra i colori del bosco e dove di giorno il sole splende sul mare e di sera incalza il ritmo della più vivace movida triestina. Qualunque sia il motivo del vostro soggiorno, vacanza o lavoro, l’hotel Eden si rivelerà la Vostra base ideale dove farvi avvolgere dal piacere di un’atmosfera familiare. Accogliente, che non rinuncia ad elevati standard di qualità e comfort di un albergo di classe superiore.

Reviewed By gpagotLate arrival, unexpected. Very kind staff at the reception that made a room available and checked if the heating was on, before confirming. Clean and nice bedroom, very quiet although on the main road. Available private parking, that always helps in Italy. Excellent breakfast and it was indeed a pity to leave. But will be back again soon!

La piscina immersa nel contesto tra vigneti e boschi del Carso è un oasi di relax. Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare a chi legge è che a giugno è possibile ritrovarsi in cerimonie di matrimoni ospiti della location e la quiete del luogo viene disturbata molto… tanto che noi siamo scappati dalla confusione di musica a tutto volume, karaoke stonati e grida approfittando per una visita a Trieste a soli 30 minuti dall’ agriturismo. Tornati la sera abbiamo ritrovato la pace tanto apprezzata. La colazione servita all’aperta con vista sui vigneti è una goduria ricca di cose buone genuine e tutte di produzione propria anche il pane! Il ristorante è ricercato, caro, ma non all’altezza di come si presenta, il mio aglio e olio era senza sale e poco spinto così come il maiale peposo materia prima ottima ma di peposo non aveva nulla. Un plauso a tutto lo staff in primis alla gentilissima Valentina e poi ad Alfonso attento e premuroso con tutti noi e anche con il nostro cane che ha ricevuto l’accoglienza e le attenzioni e la tolleranza che speravo. Grazie ancora per l’accoglienza e continuate cosi!

Reviewed By ScarlettOttoAbbiamo soggiornato qui 3 notti a Maggio. Il posto è davvero bello. Porto Piccolo è molto pulito ed è di nicchia quindi non per tutti. L'appartamento ha una bella vista sul mare, è nuovo ed ha a disposizione tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno perfetto. L'agenzia che gestisce questi appartamenti sanno fare il loro lavoro e come far tornare il cliente. Sono stati molto cordiali. La prenotazione prevede un entrata dalla zona per i residenti ed ovviamente ti danno la possibilità di lasciare la propria auto nel garage del Porto Piccolo. Da consigliare assolutamente e soprattutto da tornarci.

Great hospitality - and ideal if walking the Alpe Adria Trail
Reviewed By Shaun MThe owners couldn’t have been more friendly or hospitable. We had a very nice room and modern bathroom. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The B&B is a great option for those walking the Alpe Adria Trail, which passes only about 100 meters from the property.

Excellent Staff, Nice Location
Reviewed By Eric RAs other reviewers have stated, beautiful location and property. You can't go wrong. The stand out for us here was the professionalism of the hotel staff members. Our first interaction was a warm greeting by Lead Concierge, Piero. He provided us excellent recommendations for food spots and sightseeing in Trieste, a 30 minute drive down the coast. Also on the front desk, Beata made a lunch reservation for us at a hotel staff favorite, a small country restaurant a short drive away just near the Slovenian border. On property, both breakfast and dinner food selections where very good. Staff in the restaurant was excellent, Sofia at dinner, Michele the Sommelier, Samer at breakfast, and Debora the hotel bartender. There are choices of other hotels, but we'll certainly return to Falisia.
