The staff is very supportive and caring. food quality is also great. tough we opted for Veg food it was a great quality. room was specious and clean. overall our experience was great. location of resort is very close to beach. very calm and peaceful ambiance. The resort is family friendly.

An ideal place to stay, relax and refresh. Rooms located in coconut & betel-nut farm to feel greenery all around. Just 10-15 minutes walking distance from beach. You will have here spacious & standard family rooms, swimming tank, garden sitting, breakfast, badminton and indoor games, etc.

Spacious rooms equivalent to a 3 star hotel, minute care of each necessities were taken into consideration..... Mr.Siddhesh Sir- the owner is very humble, polite & co-operative and guided us, his family members and staff, too were welcoming and co-operative..... Delicious food... We enjoyed a lot... Shreebag Homestay- A perfect and worth place for family stay with light pocket . Will surely recommend everyone.....

The resort just next to the beach
Reviewed By Akshay345While we visited Diveagar beach we decided to stay at this newly commissioned resort. The rooms are well laid out with ample garden space all around. There is free parking and the beach is just 250m away. This is the last resort on the beach. The resort is new so there are some teething issues like laundry, lockers etc. The suites/ cottages are well spaced out and there is an internal fountain that is soothing. There is a restaurant but the food menu is limited and needs to be expanded. The resort is overall very clean and hygienic and being new looks much better in shape.

Reviewed By Mahesh9860Don't stay here as much as possible If you are going to stay here, be careful a little as money is stolen here Do not leave any valuables on the room while going out. इथे चोरी होतात त्यामुळे शक्यतो इथे राहण्याचे टाळा आणि जर राहीलात तर आपल्या मोल्यावाण वस्तु सांभाळा बाहेर जाताना रुम वर काहीही मोल्यवान वस्तु पैसे अशा गोष्टी सोडून जाऊ नका

Well managed and awesome stay
Reviewed By Kavita PWe visited areca palms in December 2020. It's a luxurious homestay, near uttareshwar temple. Rooms were neat and clean, with daily housekeeping. Staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast is served upon request, and it's very tasty. We requested for ukadiche Modak, and staff was very kind to serve the same. There are 6 luxurious rooms, parking space is for roughly 5 cars.Property is surrounded by greenery on all sides. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visit again. Some areas of improvement - Wifi is problematic. Place is bit inside, our mobile network was not working, so it took us time to find location. One name board at the temple lane would help to locate. Property seems relatively new, as many locals were not aware about the same.

In these tough COVID times, the hotel staff is following the protocols pretty well and adhering to the safety practices. Pros: Thoughtfully designed and well maintained cottages Nice landscaping, picturesque garden and pool 10 mins walk from the beach Amenities - Generator backup, kids play area, Indoor games, WiFi A decent buffet breakfast spread Total value for money stay Can do better: Need more parking space Water kettle and tea bags could be provided Breakfast starts at 8.30 am, which I feel is a bit late if you have to leave early A definite recommendation if you wish to spend a comfortable and relaxing time in the tranquil and laidback village of Diveagar!

Reviewed By 941harshalgROADS – We travelled from Pune and roads are now butter smooth, mostly concrete especially the Mulshi Backwaters – Tamhini and Mangaon to Mhasala State Highway. There were few bad or WIP patches though. We took pitstop at Orchard Café, Gold Valley and Basho’s Mulshi which offers nice food and clean restrooms. There is Pure Veg ‘Quick Byte’ restaurant as well at Green Gate Resort, Mulshi but it was crowded. Overall, it was a very good X’Mas Weekend Trip to Dive Agar and Wonderful Stay at Exotica…We will definitely come back again..

Superb Stay Very Clean and Hygenic

Ample amount of water for cleaning washing and bathing...the caretaker Mrs Bayde also gave us an memorable hospitality a very homely and caring human..she even provided specially cooked food for my baby child..Rooms,toilets and blankets in Oceanic are very clean and specially car parking was available...Thanks Oceanic for making my holiday so memorable..looking to see it again soon...
