The rooms are nice, large and confortable, but the air conditionated, unfortunally does'nt run to well, and that makes the nights more difficult for me, because the whether is to hot. The breakfast was good, with fresh fruit, nice croissants and real good coffee.

It was very late after several hours of drive through a major rain storm and Expedia would not complete the transaction to reserve two rooms. We arrived in Cosenza, IT around 1245AM in the morning. We had tried to call several hotels in the area to no avail. We had nearly given up and we’re prepared to sleep in the car, I made one last call to this B&B, Thank God Giovanna answered the phone, guided us to the front of her B&B and received us with open arms at this ungodly hour. She had two very clean, updated, beautiful rooms and put us to bed for the evening. She is an Angel, as we were late to wake up (0900), she hurriedly made us coffee and cappuccino along with amazing homemade pastries to get us on our way. I highly recommend this B&B!

Superb stay in Cosenza
Reviewed By dansC568CXThe highlight of our stay in Consenza was without a doubt Mary and her lovely BnB. Having never been to southern Italy, Mary and her husband Giovanni were most helpful in providing recommendations of what to see and where to eat, even calling ahead to several places to help us find a table for the evening. The hospitality was unparallel and a great care was taken in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The place was well furnished and finished to a high spec, and very clean. Social distancing was observed and taken seriously. If we find ourselves back in Cosenza, we will surely stay at Mary's place again.

Nice place to stay in Cosenza
Reviewed By mjweilThe owners of this place are some of the nicest people I've ever met. They truly go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience at their B&B. Everything is immaculate and they try to anticipate your every need. Breakfast was a feast, with meat, cheese, homemade pastry and marmalade and more. The bathroom was stocked with all the toiletries you might ever want. The location was great for seeing Cosenza since it was just a short walk to everything you might want to visit. Note for potential future guests - this B&B is located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a fairly modern building and the traffic in the area can be horrendous until you walk a block or so to the pedestrian area. There are 3 bedrooms, with private baths, and the owners room, with a common kitchen area and no outdoor space. The hosts were incredibly nice, although their English is limited, and privacy was not an issue.

Good experience
Reviewed By T3515We chose this B&B because of reviews and because we thought it was close to the train station. It isn’t. When we arrived at the station our mapping program said it was a 28 minute walk. Don’t even think about trying it. The route takes you over a couple narrow bridges without pedestrian lanes. Trying to walk the hilly and unsafe route would be foolish. Spend the 15€ on a taxi. Our host was welcoming and very helpful. A quiet and very clean room. The continental break was good and served at our convenience. The homemade torts were a very nice touch. On the other hand some protein (I.e. scrambled eggs) would have helped prepare us for a long train ride. We didn’t find a market nearby and the nearest restaurants were a 10-15 walk. It seems that only a few TV channels are available, all Italian. At least WiFi worked. On balance we would stay here again.

Vero fiore all'occhiello la terrazza, che domina placidamente i colli cittadini, da cui distendere la vista per colazione e aperitivo serviti in loco. Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

Rustic countryside location
Reviewed By Marion MAlthough it was the most basic accommodation of our whole trip, it has been my personal highlight as it was the most authentic one. Located in an old farmhouse surrounded by a vast land of olive trees and other agricultural landscape. You will be welcomed here by the owner Bebe Cherubini, who is a real Baronesse and her lovely son. Some parts of the historic farmhouse are already falling apart as it is a huge property, but in other parts like for example the former stable area within the Spanish looking courtyard, you will find some charming, however a bit dark guest rooms. It is a real Agriturismo place where you can take part into the countryside life. After extensive walks through the nice nature around the hotel, you can take a dip into the pool and relax in the huge garden area. However best thing in this accommodation is the FOOD – all home cooked traditional dishes of the region served either in the main mansion house, on the terrace or under the shady garden veranda on hot days. Super yummy food that you won´t get in any common restaurant. Prepared with lots of dedication from the Baronesse herself and her team. If you like to know more about this accommodation and the area you can also see on traveltreasuresbymarion - I would recommend Il Giardino di Iti as a rustic accommodation with a charming atmosphere.

Fabulous breakfast, including a homemade cake!Comfortable accommodation with ensuite bathroom & room safe. Air- conditioner wasn't working, so bedroom was rather warm. Towels not changed daily. Better for the environment to use a bath gel dispenser rather than sachets. Friendly & knowledgeable owner. Highly recommended.

The B & B Confluenze is a novelty that fills a void that the city of Cosenza for the beauty of its historical center and its new attractions beginning with the "open-air museum", it certainly did not deserve. Newly renovated, the Bed and Breakfast Confluenze occupies two floors in an old building. Antique furnishings and appropriate finishes, as well as modern amenities, ensuring a peaceful stay
