Reviewed By Pepper484The staff is just super! Very friendly! Stayed 10 nights, bed was comfortable, room was clean. My wife and I had the Superior with a separate area with couch, kitchenette as we had a team of people come with us. It was great for holding team meetings during the day as we prepared for our conferences. The food was delicious! Breakfast had a great variety, we ate lunch a couple of times at the hotel and was not disappointed. The prices for the rooms was really good too! I would say the price is from budget to mid range! Very nice!

El Ciervo de Oro is a quality Hostel located on the side of San Roque Lake in Villa Carlos Paz, Córdoba, with amazing views!! In a quiet, but still close to downtown area (10 minutes walking). There are several bars and restaurants near by (less than 5 minutes walking distance). It features an outdoor swimming pool, barbecue facilities, a sun terrace, bar and good vibes to spend some quality time with your partner, friends or alone making sobre great friends! Every room has a private bathroom (even shared dorms), and selected rooms will provide you with a balcony and pool & lake views. A fully equipped kitchen is also available for guests to use during their stay and breakfast is always included!

Great staff, aged facilities
Reviewed By Pablo_LoayzaSpent 3 night on business in May. The hotel is well located, close enough to the city center and near some more touristy attractions too. Staff was always attentive and helpful. The lady working the breakfast area was particularly accomodating and always displaying a very pleasant mood. The hotel seems a bit old, but room and bathroom facilities were clean and good enough. I would probably stay there again if ack on business.

Breakfast not included but excellent buffet as an extra; clean, modern rooms (big hotel/many floors) - efficient helpful staff as one would expect in any similar hotel, whatever country. Comfortable beds, elevators, efficient aircon, no view. Located walking distance from museums, churches, Mercado Sud bus station for transport to Jesus Maria and Alta Gracia. 5 mins taxi from train and main bus station. Early check in/breakfast available as an extra ($23 x 2), worth it if you get off an overnight bus.

Reviewed By 273radekhI dont like when a hotel tries to be "smart" and this is the case. Avoid premiere rooms, they are headed towards the main street. We managed to get a smaller (quiet) deluxe room, but the administration refused to give back the fare difference. A good hotel would treat their customers in a different way. I am disappointed by the approach and would not come back... Very simply: I booked a premiere room, arrived, didnt like it, took the deluxe room and had to pay the fare for premiere room. Thats not what I call a good service.

Reviewed By Yehiel KI came for a business trip of two days. On the first day I realized that there are no hot water on the bath. I inform the reception in the morning, they promised sending the maintenance. When I arrived late in the evening, still no hot water on the bath. I went to the reception, but this time I found a young employee on the reception, he does not speak English. Somehow, he asked me to check again... And it is on the right side... I went again and tried... But nothing. Then he came with me to the room to check... Only after I shouted he gave me a key to the nighber room. Bad service Bad attitude

Perfect and Comfy
Reviewed By Lorrie LWe stayed 3 nights at Caseros 248. Check in was efficient with Renata was efficient and professional. He checked I with us daily on his shift to make sure we were enjoying out vacation and if we required anything. Our room was spacious and clean. Wonderful bed and bedding. Large bathroom with good amenities. Minibar was nice to have with stock or the ability to cool our own water. Staff spoke English, and this was often helpful. Service in the bar/dining room was very good and included breakfast was good. We checked out with Analia. She was an incredible help to us. Our rental car company dropped off our car and the agent spoke no English. We were so grateful that she translated our entire agreement and transaction. We will be happy to stay there again and fully recommend this lovely, reasonably priced hotel to anyone visiting Cordoba.

Lacking Customer Support
Reviewed By T1472YBraymDeseptive website, broken toilet, flickering lights, thoughtless management. I booked 5 nights at the Windsor through the hotel's website. When we arrived at the hotel ( after 29 hours of traveling) our reservation details were incorrect. Lucky I had an email confirmation to verify that we had 3 people and where staying 5 nights. They set up a third bed in the room but it seemed like they were doing us a favor instead of correcting their mistake. The next day, our toilet handle broke ( two days to fix) and we had a randomly flickering light in the ceiling near the door the entire time. We booked a "Superior" room from their website and it definitely was not! The wording and photos on the hotel's website describing our room were deceptive. When I asked the front desk (and eventually the manager) if they could comp a night and/or our first dinner, it was a clear and definte "no". I asked for late checkout on our departure date and they wouldn't even comp that! My wife,and daughter both booked a massage at the hotel spa and it was the worst massage of their lifes. On the positive side, the restaurant was fantastic. The gym was nice. The bell staff and maids were friendly and the rooms were clean.

Great location, a little worn but still very adequate
Reviewed By MadisonDaveStayed in Room 908, one of the suites, which was two rooms, one for the bed and one with a small sofa, desk and small round table with chairs to enjoy a drink or room service. Rug in bedroom was a little worn. Bathroom was on the smaller side but this is usually the case outside the US. Bathroom had a bidet. Shower was narrow and difficult to turn around in which was a little odd. Buffet breakfast had wide array of choices, including pastries, breads, cereals, fruit and scrambled eggs. Great value at about US$ 80 for the suite. Stay was good overall and I would recommend the Amerian as an attractive option in Cordoba.
