I could not use facilities (gym) and I just had breakfast (ordinary continental). I did not use the garage (plenty of available spaces outside) Very close to beaches

Reviewed By 433cristescusNice and very clean hotel. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is very good and full with all you wish to eat. The parking is big and in the front of the hotel. Only the restaurant is open till 22 and we arrived at 23 and not have the possibility to eat something.

Hotel with good location but not so good service
Reviewed By sluchatko4* are not adequate to this hotel and its service. - paid parking in the garden with necessary call every time when go in and out - dirty area in front of hotel - breakfast every day same: proscuito, ham, cheese, boiled eggs and scrubled eggs - not new bottle of water every day, vegetable - only tomatos - low signal of wifi in rooms I also dont need to exchange towels every day, but room service did so. Very good is location close to the sea. Aslo receptionist was very kind.

Rooms and other areas are clean and if you need anything or have a problem, just ask the staff and they will fix it. Speaking a little Italian helps. The service is excellent and friendly. Best part is the roof top where you can relax and sun bathe, many chairs and tables available. Breakfast is very modest with bread, croissant and coffee of your choice. Nearby you can find an excellent pasticcheria, supermarket and McDonald's. Staff is also very helpful with suggestions for restaurants etc. :) We would stay again!

Reviewed By loriwhitwellWe found hotel by driving by, it was 85euro a nite, and it should have been more like 60euro. internet was so difficult to get on, she kept saying it was easy, but it wasn't, when you went up one floor to your room, you lost the wifi signal. so i sat in the lobby to get on the net . rooms are very dated... needs paint for sure, but it was clean... she had a dog that was really cute, and we missed ur dog so that was a nice thing to play with. you could walk to the town shopping street, yes, there was a lido restaurant up abt one block that dinner was amazing. the rooms were noisy, no views, and the Breakfast was terrible, dry bread, jam and older fruit, no meat or cheese, i know its included, however we have been driving italy for two weeks now and when paying 80 or more you can usually get some better food in the morning. i would say if your stuck, then stay here, if yoy can look around find another place.... 85 E was way too much ! lori

Reviewed By Beth ABeautiful countryside location with views of the medieval village of Civitanova Alta from our room's large terrace. Our room was part of a new addition and we found it to be quite comfortable with impressive modern conveniences. The excellent breakfast was included and had lots of choices & great coffee. All the staff were outstanding and very friendly. We decided to have dinner both nights in the hotel's restaurant due to the staff, reasonable prices & wonderful menu. Difficult to leave & would definitely stay here again.
