The views of the Tuscan countryside from the hotel are transcendent and it truly is an experience like no other. If however, you’d rather modern comforts such as strong American air conditioning, don’t stay here. But you’d be missing out on a one of a kind experience.

Reviewed By gatoreedI have been staying at this hotel since 2014. Large, comfortable rooms, good Wifi, and delicious breakfast. Secure parking (for both autos and motorcycles.) Pool (though cold in early October), outdoor patio and inside bar. The manager (Giovanna) I have known since 2014 and she offers a warm, hospitable stay. she speaks English and is VERY helpful with suggestions for the local area. I will be back to this family friendly hotel.

Terrible food in restaurant and terrible service
Reviewed By Tatjana1202Turn attention: * no wifi in the room, * additional charge for conditioner 15eur per day, * poor breackfast (stale bread, cake, juce, coffee, bacon) extra pay for the eggs. * you cannot use the pool without cups, which price is 5eur, * old kitchen furniture and old equipment, imposaible for cooking, * terrible old shower with lightly warm water, * the lighting is not enougth in the rooms, * not polite owner, who started to send us personal non pleasant messeges as soon as we posted trully discribed opinion about their restaurant food.

Reviewed By Caroline CA great find - very traditional & sort of 'olde worlde' in a nice way and immaculately clean - not a speck of dust to be seen. The room overlooked the piazza & had comfortable bed, high ceilings & plenty of room. Staff very helpful despite limited English. We loved it & would go again. Very good value - and great parking facilities which were locked after midnight

We rented the whole property and Sabina (the owner) was with is during daytime. The property was beautiful, very clean and had everything we wished for. Sabina is a great cook and made is the most delicious Italian meals. Die helped us with everything die could help us with (decoration, food, flowers and bites for the celebration and many more). We feld very welcome and had a stressfree party at Le Valli. Thank you Sabina, for your great care. We'll be back for sure!

Reviewed By tomleslThis place is beautiful! Has green areas within the hotel as well as terraces. For the hot springs has four pools with jacuzzi jets. The installation was clean, quiet and well maintained. Myriam the owner is very attentive and helpful. All we asked she provided to us with a big smile and kindness. We got as a gift a bottle of red wine, a very tatesful one that we enjoy at dinner in one of the terraces, that she set up for us. She also order for us the best pizza in town. Thank you for everything. We did have a relaxed time there. Definetly, we will come back and I recommend this place hands down.

Quiet and charming, the Villa isthe perfect venue in which to relax and from which to explore the best of what Tuscany has to offer. Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, Firenze, S Gimignano and Siena are all within an hours drive of us. The Villa is a liberty style house and is situated in a beautiful private park,near to the Thermal Center.

Visiting Friends in the Area and Needed an Air Conditioned Toom
Reviewed By gatoreedTraveling Tuscany and needed an air conditioned room in Casciana Terme. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Air Condition worked worked well in the August heat. There was a breakfast included in the room price and it was OK. Parking in not on sight but about a block away in a public parking lot (free but not covered or enclosed.) A basic hotel in Casciana Terme. Recommend a room on the third floor and away from the elevator for a quiet room.
