Reviewed By gogolinoNice location right next to the river. Rooms are clean and reasonably quiet. I stayed in one of the apartments on the 9th floor. Room was ok, but the airconditioning was clearly not up to the job and the room was pretty hot. Breakfast is ok with a decent variety of sweet and salted choices. River Palace is certainly not the best hotel I ever visited, but id does the job. The rooftop pool is amazing in summer, and the bar & restaurant up there is overall ok

Reviewed By DavidDjonsIt is first hotel where I was staying in Atyrau for one week. The reception's community is pretty kind. The rooms are big and clean. There are a lot of free space. It is not just a hotel room it is an apartments. Everything is satisfied me except one thing - the shower. Shower mixer is old and water flow "strikes" in random ways. The shower cubicle is pretty old also. After taking a shower water may spill on the floor and create puddle. Water changes from cold to hot always. There is not like an adjustable heat. It's only one minus that I can notice. The restaurant is pretty good in choise. Location of this hotel is near to the quay.

Reviewed By dstewartjr2001I complex Infinity Plaza has restraunts, gym and Hotel all inter connected with each other. In the warmer days they have small animals for the kids to watch. This is now a main stay while in Atyrau to travel through the region.

Great accommodation
Reviewed By Axel_VII spent with my colleague one week at the Marriott in room 1606. The apartment is big with great view of the city. All services were great and the quality of the bed fantastic. Cleaning service was great and provided every day. Two toilets were perfectly working with laundry machine provided with the cloth drier. Kitchen well equipped and all working. The wi-fi internet was quick. We used to take the breakfast and some dinners at the Hotel lobby and were great too. The quality of the restaurant of the hotel is very good. Service personnel and receptionists very helpful and nice. There is a great gym at the 20th floor with very nice view of the city and alo a sauna. Above all a great accommodation, especially when travelling for work. They also provide pick up from the airport.

Reviewed By Neilhay63The hotel itself is ok and I have stayed here on many occasions. The food for evening dinner is very good indeed, the beef medallions were fantastic. Not a very good choice of beers, limited to 2-3. Nice wines and all reasonably priced. Definitely worth a visit but ask for a room no further than 5th floor especially if you have heavy baggage, the elevator only goes to the 5th floor then you have to walk up to the attic through a narrow staircase. Water pressure quite poor and view of sky through skylight window only. Remember, stay below 5th floor.

Nice calming colors chosen for room decor. The bed room and bathroom are super clean and very comfortable. There was everyday cleaning service, all the towels were changed every day, etc. The bed linen was very clean and fresh, too. There were washing machine in the bathroom, hair dryer, a super big and nice mirror, a small fridge, two bedside lamps, TV, air conditioner, many pillows, two nice blankets, a table with a chair, electric tea kettle and other little things that made my stay pleasant. Breakfast options were also quite attractive served from 7 am till 10 am. The personnel is very polite and creates this kind of welcoming atmosphere.
