Reviewed By bazfearonUnfortunately we only have two nights left before going back to England but have been at St Georges for 5 nights. The hotel, pool and food is first class. It is the cleanest family run hotel I have ever stayed in on the Greek islands. The family are so lovely and cannot do enough for you. The pool and gardens are spotless and if you like a quiet location this is the place for you. I would suggest getting a car to travel to the local beaches (Stegna and Haraki) both of which you can sit in a cafe/bar looking out to sea, but the Hotel will happily arrange for that to be delivered. I would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and stress free holiday.

Reviewed By Waldorf72We've just returned from lovely Rhodes island (2 adults and a 5 year-old child) where we have stayed for 2 weeks in Pantheon. I can hardly remember any other place with such hospitality, atmosphere and great service on top. I want to say many-many thanks to Vasilis and his family for that tremendous work you do for your guests! Every day, when we used to return from our trips, it was a feeling of oasis within daily cleaned up spacious apartment, relaxed montain and garden view from the balcony (we lived on the 2nd floor) and family atmosphere. We also found that the middle-island location (Archangelos) is very convenient - it took us 10-12 min by car to reach scenic sandy beaches (e.g. Tsampika with long a coastline, Agathi with great underwater wildlife and an ancient castle) as well as it wasn't not far from the other points like Lindos, Rhodos Old Town, Monolithos etc. There is also a nice Stegna beach right near the village. The village itself is very cosy, with no crowds of tourists, hence it's a great chance to see how local people live. Also there is the whole infrastructure available within 5-10 min walk (supermarkets, fish/fruit market, taverns etc). Vasilis gives very detailed guidance about the places that is really helpful. I can highly recommend Pantheon as for me and my family it's one of the best places to stay and explore Rhodes! Vasilis, wish you and your family all the best! On the ground floor there are 2 apartments,1 apartment for 3 people and 1 apartment for 4 people.On the 1st floor there are 2 apartments ,1 for 2 people and 1 for 3 people. There is free Wi-Fi everywhere in the apartments! Stegna Beach has clear waters and is the perfect place to come to relax, as it is peaceful, quiet and unspoilt with amazing views. Early in the morning you can enjoy an amazing sunrise, which is truly breathtaking. Stegna Beach is part of Archangelos, which is one of the largest villages in Rhodes and is located 30 kilometers from Rhodes Town and 15 Kilometers from Lindos. It is 1/2 hour away from the Diagoras airport. From Stegna it is easy to visit other places as there is a line bus (which is orange and yellow) everyday, which takes you into Rhodes Town and a free community Bus (green) that will take you to Archangelos or Agathi Beach and Tsambica Beach. Reviewed By Travel241077We stayed at George's apartments in Stegna, Rhodes at the end of last summer. It was truly a dream to wake up each morning and see the sea. It was just a few steps across the street and you were on Stegna beach, a long stretch of sand and small pebbles with crystal clear water. The apartment had everything we needed and George was a great host! The shower curtain was missing however, but it was not a big deal. George was very warm and welcoming. One of the best things about staying at his apartments is joining the dinner that he organizes with the other guests. George spent quite a few hours grilling some delicious food for everyone and we were able to mingle with the other guests staying in the apartments below. It was also some of the best grilled food I have ever eaten! That's another thing that is great about staying at George's Apartments - the great food within walking distance! George recommended us to go to called PERIYALI - best calamari ever! We also were able to see the suite on the top floor - which was really lovely! We hope to return soon and stay in that room as well :)

Lovely hotel!
Reviewed By Matkailija20Our family spent a week in this lovely hotel. The rooms are modest but very clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our kids loved the pool, and they thought it was better than any of the beaches :) Dinners at the hotel were very good. Location was for us perfect: the hotel is in Archangelos which is a small village and it is not crowded by the tourists. You will find supermarkets there and also reastaurants but if you want to go to other places (like Rhodes Town), you get quite easily by bus. If you seek for partying, this is not your place. But if you seek for a peaceful holiday away from the crowded tourist areas, this is The Place! Even though you can use a bus, I recommed to rent a car. It makes travelling in Rhodes very much easier.

The first time we stayed at 5 star Lindos Blu hotel. Bouganville has at least 5 times more comfort, luxury, taste, and privacy. Nadia & Antonio have exceeded all our expectations. EVERYTHING was excellent from perfect Italian design of both: interiors and exteriors, to the services included, saying nothing of their hospitality, care, and of course sense of humor. Guys, I still wonder why do you call your property "studios"? Our apartment had two spacy rooms, kitchen, balcony, 2 restrooms, 2 air conditioners & huge terrace where our sun beds looked lost:-) I wish all the studios in the world had the same size:-) Stegna is one of the most beautiful places in Greece, Bouganville has the best view of Stegna from a small height. We add the picture, please take a look. Telling you honestly we are thinking of renting this apartment for at least 2 months of next Summer. Without any hesitation we highly recommend this place to all those who wish to turn their vacation into a fairy tale. NADIA & ANTONIO THANK YOU FOR TURNING OURS!!

Go there if you are really flexible
Reviewed By muchado18We got there at 2 pm and no one was there to receive us. Knocked on doors for a while, gave up called twice and the someone answered. We could barely communicate with her due to language difficulties. The gsrden and pool looked great but when we got inside, we were shown to a room which looked nothing like the pictures. After a huge back and forth, it emerged that they gave our room to long standing customers. To add insult to injury, we were connected via phone to the daughter who was simply combative and defensive. We walked out of there with no plans in place because it was that bad. We had booked 4 months ahead, received no communication from them, and upon arrival were just given substitute rooms which is not what we booked. Simply unacceptable. Rooms are dated. This is a hotel with individual rooms down a long corridor no matter how they advertise it. Air conditioning costs €5 per day. The terrace we were given had standing room for 2 . If things go well,perhaps these positive reviews are warranted. Or if you are a guest who is known to them. But woe betide if anything goes wrong, you will be facing a very different scanario. No thanks.

Reviewed By RitaodTsambika is the owner who was very friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a cycling holiday, The room facilities are extremely basic. Dogs barking all night long, Everything was very tired and worn, could do with a bit of attention. Archengelous is a very friendly Greek town with a nice beach about 3km away.

Good place to stay on low budget
Reviewed By Maya RIt is not easy to find the hotel. We went down the bus hoping to see the hotel, but the streets have no names written anywhere and the hotel is not on the main road. With the help of a nice cashier at the super market we contacted the owner, Niko, that came to pick us up from the bus station. The hotel is not far from the station, but if you don't know how to get there- you won't get there. The location of Archangelos is great, because it is not touristic and there are many local and cheap places to drink and eat nearby, and with a short ride on the bus or with a car- you can get anywhere you want on the east coast (1 hour ride to Rhodos Town in the north or Gennadi in the south).. Niko was very nice, he speaks German very well, English not so much, but enough to communicate. The rooms are clean, but the shower is extremely small, and the pipeline is not so great so you'll have to throw the toilet paper in the trash before flushing. The room is being cleaned every second day, and the towels and sheets were not replaced at all in the 5 days we stayed there. The price includes a small breakfast of hard boiled egg, bread, cheese and salami, hot and cold drinks, and some butter and jam. Not a fancy place, but good for couples with low budget. You get exactly what you pay for.

Yatak temizdi. Ancak bina eski ve özensizdi. Sahipleri de profesyonel turizmci değil, yöre halkından kişilerdi ve sempatik değillerdi.
