Sai Towers is a multi-facility hotel at Prasanthi Nilayam, the ashram town in South India of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The hotel complex is located at a walkin distance from the Asram, and has furnished rooms with attached bath and air-conditioning.There is also a multi cuisine restaurant that is open from 7 a.m to 9.p.m and a bookstore and handicrafts and art store located within the complex.

I stayed in 2 different rooms - 357 and 659. My own brothers were also stationed there at that time. To be honest, this is my fifth or sixth stay here. Sai Towers in all aspects is still the best you will find in Puttaparthi. No doubt about that. Rooms, comfort, room service , transport, help from staff , the restaurant etc everything is the best . The experience itself is better that what you would expect from a star hotel in a big city. I have reviewed this hotel many times. If I am in Puttaparthi, I will not stay anywhere else. Thats for sure. I highly recommend everyone and anyone......if you planning to stay in Puttaparthi. Please choose this hotel. You will not be disappointed . During festive peak seasons, advance booking is advised , as this hotel is very popular. The restaurant is pure vegetarian and very delicious hygienic food is prepared. It caters to local cuisine and international. They also have an in-house bakery that prepares fresh cakes and bread. I have attached photos. It's well located at the beginning & very close to Ashram, the rooms were well equipped with ultra modern bluetooth speaker phone & good size uhd tv. We took super deluxe room too spacious room with very comfortable mattress and sparkling white linen. Best part hotel is newly built, bathrooms are bigger and much better in comparison to any other hotel in town also they have a well equipped fitness center on top. The staff was really nice every single member of staff really cared that you had a wonderful stay. We tried their restaurant and the food was delicious specially North Indian cuisine and the views from their roof top restaurant add 5star to the whole experience. I ll recommend to unwind day tiredness by relaxing at the roop top restaurant with natural pleasent breeze on your face. Would definitely recommend staying at Sai Maa Hotel & Residency.

Will choose again for sure. Did not try dinner as I came to city for the first time and decided to go for street food options.

Pathetic maintenance
Reviewed By sruthimurali22The whole resort looks beautiful but its maintenance is really bad. We went with our team for our day outing and the swimming pool's color was in green. They said it is because of the rain but I do not understand how it will change color overnight. Also, none of taps in the rooms were working and the door knobs also did not work in the washroom properly. AC was also not working and only the premium rooms were comparatively better. The management was only trying to blame the workers and was only focusing on convincing us somehow instead of accepting or assuring to make the necessary changes.

The room service and food was very delicious. Staff were very helpful , we had few wifi issue however was resolved very quickly. Big spAcious room and we would definitely come and stay if we come back again. Pankaj even rung us to check if we have reached to another destination safely.

Reviewed By thiya24Hotel is located centrally, easily accesible from railway station and bus stand.Thats it. Nothing more can be said about this hotel. Very poor maintanence of the hotel premises, lobby, lift etc... Not Clean. Thankfully rooms were clean, not spick and span, but reasonably clean, i,e you can make do with one day stay. no room service. hotel restaurant starts by 7.00 am, complimentary breakfast is another big farce. it was looking like the restaurant was serving only breakfast, very badly maintained restaurant premises. Food cooked by reluctant cooks and served by even more reluctant servers, if it tastes good then its a surprise. But that said, Anantapur is such kind of dusty town, this hotel looks good in comparison with its peers. Can stay there if you have nowhere else to go. Eat outside, atleast you will get the food hot.
