Comfortable , an insight to the sangam heritage, visit to temples …. Badhi kothi provides it all. The feather in the cap is the head chef Mr Rawat.. who takes care of the guests comfort & brilliant food. The staff have a smile on their faces.. A must stay when visiting Prayagraj.

Reviewed By neelkamalk2017A solid property but very poorly managed. The rooms was large but fitted with jaded furniture and much used linen. The bathroom was a disaster. Shower stall door was missing so when one showered the bathroom was flooded, WC cistern was leaking heavily. The washbasin taps were not appropriate for the size of the bowl so the first time you opened it water landed on your clothes - all in all if filmed, it could have made a great comedy reel of a practical joke played on the poor guest. Toiletries were substandard. Buffet Breakfast was OK.

Reviewed By EnakshiB2015We had a wonderful night’s stay here. A grand looking building with high ceilinged big rooms, a beautiful garden and very hospitable staff. The breakfast was good and the dinner we ordered tasty and priced reasonably. It is a residential and quiet area. If I did not have more travel ahead, would have liked to pick up some ghee and mustard on sale from their farm.

Reviewed By AVINISH02Booked this hotel for engagement function, food is good but service is pathetic. The staff will not do anything unless, you follow-up again and again. One reason may be they have less staff members. They do not have any proper sofa for functions like engagement or wedding, they use the same sofa kept in reception with a broken leg. Rooms are small but neat and clean. Would recommend this hotel for stay but not for functions as they do not have sufficient staff, the manager used to say this always-"We don't have staff"

I liked that hotel very much, it had all the facilities, due to covid-19 there was also a hand sanitizer and all the staff were vaccinated. And his staff were also very nice. Poor experience , not a proper value of the money

Toiletries were not provided. every time we had to call for providing the things. tea bags sugar creamer were given by counting on the basis of one piece for one person. we booked three rooms and every time we had to tell bring all for three rooms, then he bring 6 pieces. They give only two bottles of 500 ml water for a day between two persons . food is not up to the marks. even telling repeatedly they bring very spicy food. For MAP plan of stay they provide you a separate menu of food, and tell " aapke MAP plan me yahi menu rahega". All other things even drinking water was chargeable Staff is also not very efficient and not very co- operative too except two/three persons. Though the rooms are good but over all the experience wasn't good. I recommend this place is not a good place to stay . It's not a place to give value for the money.

Keeping that in mind, last week stayed there for 2 days with my family (senior citizens, kid, etc) We asked for 2 A/C double rooms. They offered one moderate size double room and one worst room which is smaller one can't even imagine. Then after half a day we requested for room change and they provided a bit better one. Over and above the worst part is their room service. Morning 7 am we ordered for coffee, until 8:30 AM it has not been served in-spite of 3 time follow ups. Their complimentary break fast is another head ache. They will serve only at 9:00 AM. We have elderly people, we requested for breakfast around 8:00 AM, but they refused to serve early.

Reviewed By smboserThis is my second stay to this property. What I noticed that the price has been increased significantly but not the room condition. We took deluxe rooms on first floor which they charged almost ~2k per night but those were not specious at all. Cleanliness was also very average. Even the hot water also provided in the morning time only (hardly for 2 hrs. per day). Staffs were good but aged hence not fast, which can give you a feeling like dharmasala. It has a good restaurant at ground floor (accessible to the outsiders as well) but one of the its two managers was very rude in behavior. Only good thing is the location, its just opposite to the railway station complex. Later I noticed few other new hotels were also nearby which looked good from outside. One may try those before stepping into this property.

Great hotel for tourists
Reviewed By pizzasandcokeI chose this hotel to stay for the night and the entire experience was great, the staff were really friendly, and the room was clean and cozy, overall it was a great experience. Could have done something about the bathrooms smelling weird, otherwise it's a great place to stay.
