I only get to stay here for 3 nights, the place is very clean and the owner is so lovely and willing to help with everything, the cutest part is Kaito, the cat of the hostel. The location is close to the walking street, but far enough to have a nice quiet sleep. I will go back again :)

Simple double room on first floor, ensuite bathroom. Very efficient fan in bedroom, firm but comfortable bed with nice soft pillow. Wi-Fi signal is very strong. Free tea and coffee in guest lounge. Use of refrigerator. Nice location just off walking street. Very helpful owner. There are also some dorm rooms, which look well maintained. Would we stay again? Yes, absolutely.

Close to the beach (excellent location). The AC worked well. The hostel was dirty. There was a lack of storage room in our rooms. The showers were disgusting. There were left over shower supplies from someone’s shower from probably a year ago. Really gross.

We went there for breakfast, fortunately not in a major rush as the food took 35 mins and 45 mins to arrive, after our drinks had already taken 25 mins. There was seemingly no real organization in the cafe. When everything did arrive however each item was extremely good and high quality. With a little more structure this place could easily get a 5 stars!

It's in the walking street. Eatery and shopping is very near to the inn. Room is little bit small, but there are fan and a/c, so room is cool. The room is clean & room cleaning service is provided everyday. Breakfast is included and served quick and hot. Free water, coffee are provided all the time. During evening time, I like to hv a cup of coffee in the coffee place. It's so relaxing and serene. The manager is kind and sweet. Willing to help. Definitely will come back here again or recommend to friends.

I spent 5 days in this place and it was really nice, considering that everything in Koh Lipe is expensive, and this has a very good price. It included a simple coffee and toast breakfast, has cold drinking water and the rooms are stunning and also a pool. Definitely one of the best places I've stayed in Thailand.

Stayed here for 5 nights in November. Was pretty much the cheapest private room I could find that had air con. Found the place easy, right next to sunrise beach towards the end of the road, head up walking street, turn right at the 7/11. It is practically on the beach, just a 2 min walk down a path to get there. Emma and all the staff were super friendly and really helpful. They couldn’t ever do enough for you and was always there if you needed anything. She also gave us her phone number incase you needed help when exploring the island, and e.g communicating with taxi boat staff etc. She helped us book our boat off the island and arranged a taxi as it was raining. The rooms themselves are very basic, a bed and cabinet that locks for your valuables. We stayed in a double corner room at first and it was spotlessly clean, however not much room for bags and clothes etc. We changed to one of the queen rooms after two nights as we found the corner room a little noisy being on the front of the hostel, we also found that it wasn’t necessary to have a corner room as we couldn’t really open the curtains for privacy reasons. Emma kindly let us change rooms and upgraded us to one of the queen rooms at the back of the hostel. This was much larger and very quiet. She also price matched Agoda for this room which was much less than the normal price which we really appreciated. Toilets were super clean and the whole hostel was cleaned throughly daily. They don’t routinely clean the rooms but reminded us on multiple occasions the tell them if we wanted it cleaning and changing etc. They also have a hosepipe outside that is super nice to wash sandy feet so you don’t walk it all into your room and beds! The only downsides to this hostel are the shared aircon units which at first kind of make you feel like you’re sharing a room, however we got used to it VERY quickly and it really wasn’t an issue. The lack of fridge to store food and drinks etc. I’m sure if you asked she would allow you to use her own fridge but a large one in the common area would be awesome. The lack of common area. Although there really isn’t much room for it I felt maybe a table or couch could be added to the common area to make it feel more ‘hostely’. Over all I would 100% stay here again and I was a little shocked by the other reviews (that I only read after I stayed here).

Room is basic but clean. No aircon, so you really need the fan. Shared toilets and bathrooms kept very clean. Common balcony area, good wifi, free coffee and use of a communal fridge. Extra 3% if paying by credit card. Although basic, its good value for the price.
