After a 10 day Traveling adventure with a group through another traveling group, my friend and I opted for a private tour of Rainbow Mountain! Unfortunately it snowed on the day we reserved our tour; however it was one of our most enjoyable days due to the kindness of our guide Richard. He was very informative regarding the history and culture of the area and people. We were able to see some beautiful sites on the way to and home. We met some local folks, stopped by a lovely place to eat Los Cabanas and have coffee. The food was awesome!! Richard took some beautiful photos and was patient with us when we wanted to stop to view some sights/alpacas!! The time with Cusco Holiday Peru Servicios Turisticos was one of our most favorite and memorable!! Thanks for such a wonderful time and adventure!!

We reserve a trip with them for may, paying half of the trip, including the access to the national park. Once started the pandemy they stopped any kind of communication with us, so we needed to ask our credit card company to make a charge back. Initially they even lied to the bank telling they had provided the service. Even afterwards we notice that they got back our reservation money (for the maccu piccu entrance) from the goverment. DONT PAY ANY MONEY BEFORE THE TRIP. It will be very hard for you to recover it if anything happens.

Visiting Lima is always a rewarding experience! We booked an early evening visit to the awesome "Huaca Pucllana" inca ruins, rather impressive with the scenic lights on. Right after the visit, reservations were made at "Huaca Pucllana Dining Experience", a restaurant by the acclaimed Chef Marilú Madueño! No need to say we got a table almost in front of the main pyramid! What a feeling! We had a fantastic dinner, with courteous and kind service, a nice wine and Chef Marilú Madueño outstanding cuisine - Italian flavors and Peruvian touches. We loved the experience! Bon Appétit!

We went to hike around the sacred valley of the Incas which was amazing. We and our guide were the only hikers on the trail; the path was great; porters very friendly, the food of our chef fantastic. Adolfo is the most attentive guide you will ever have in any vacation. The World Explorer crew was available to us 24/7 via phone and Whatsapp so it was always easy to communicate. The tours where very organized and on time. The guides where extremely helpful when it came to explaining but also had a lot of patience when it came to waiting for the group to take their photos. The food offered in the tours is delicious and clean. The prices were amazing, even if you are to sign up for a private tour i doubt you could find something cheaper of the same quality anywhere. There are many things to do in Cuzco, from the sacred valley, to the salt mines, the city tour, the rainbow mountain, Machu Picchu and many other activities. The hike was tiring but rewarding. Beautiful views. Took us about 3 hours roundtrip. Wear many layers. Our guide was friendly, not great English. The breakfast and lunch were okay, at the same restaurant. No toilet paper in the restroom. The roads were bumpy and the ride was uncomfortable. Our van broke down on the way back and we had to hop on another group’s van. They dropped us off at the town center rather than our hotel, so we had to walk back 12 min.

This was a fantastic tour led by a guide named Eddie. Eddie was incredible! He was very knowledgeable, his English was fantastic, and he really made sure everyone could go at a pace they wanted to. We took our time, took many photos, and really enjoyed the experience.

Cannot say enough great things about this tour. We had only a short time in Cusco so we did the one day tour from Cusco including Machu Picchu and the hike of Huayna Picchu. Joseth met with us at our hostel the day before our tour to give us our tickets, go over the day and answer any questions we may have had. The next morning at exactly 4am, a van was at our hostel waiting to taking us to the train station (shoutout to William the driver!) William made sure we found the train ok and then as soon as we got off the train in Aguas Calientes, our tour guide Andre was waiting for us. It was a private tour with Andre who was absolutely fantastic. Not only was the tour informational, Andre also covered all the really interesting cultural aspects of Machu Picchu. After a wonderful tour, Andre reviewed with us how to get back to Aguas Calientes and to our train on time. He left us at the base of Huayna Picchu to hike it. We had lunch in Aguas Calientes and made our way back to the train. At the station, there was another driver waiting for us who dropped us off at our hostel at the end of the day (around 8:30 PM). Joseth checked on us via WhatsApp during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. All of the staff was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend!
