I visited the Green Spa for a 2 week Panchakarma last month (October 2020) having had chronic health problems for some time. I was overwhelmed by the personal care and attention given to me by Dr Jolly and Dr Shine. Their kindness and generosity was overwhelming. The treatments carried out where tailored to my specific issues and adjusted during the programme for maximum benefit. Their knowledge and experience really showed and gave me comfort that I had come to the right place. Yoga with Dr Shine was a wonderful learning experience. Overall, I feel I have benefitted hugely not just from the retreat, but also by putting into practice the Yoga and Ayurvedic knowledge gained whilst there. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic Ayurvedic experience in the UK.

Built in 1904, we're an Edwardian bathhouse full of original features, with a 22.86 metre glass-roofed pool, a gym & a Russian steam room. We're an independent leisure centre - a space for people to mix, exercise and enjoy life - and we pride ourselves on our friendly welcome. Great new Virtual Spin room along with the newly renovated pool. The gym that is currently being renovated similarly looks to be coming along nicely.
