Sat down for lunch on a weekday. Place was quiet (but for the unavoidable noise from the main road), service was fast and friendly, everything we ordered was very tasty: eggplant salad, fava, beetroots with rucola and goat cheese, buffalo kebab with couscous. Only remark would be that the halloumi cheese had a strong meat flavour, most probably due to the rack it was grilled on. Portions and prices satisfactory.

Chalandri's hidden jem Nikopolis is a surprisingly great seafood place. Not hard to drive through but a bit difficult to find a free parking lot, this place won't disappoint you. Being there 3 families with small to young kids on March's busiest date, the Ochi celebration, a date dedicated to seafood. We had a table at the spacious main room and 2 kid's chairs already set for the youngest of our children. Stuff was very friendly and polite and the starters came on time. Menu is full of seafood but there are a couple of options to order steak fillet in case no seafood lovers are among the visitors. Fried potatoes were fresh - a must for most Greek's - and surprisingly all fried options we ordered arrived with no excess of oil, which was just great. We loved fried squid and seafood spaghetti, but mostly the superb eggplant. Main dishes arrived quickly but not in a rush and you may ask when you want to have them. Although the place was very busy and visitors still arriving at 4pm, we enjoyed food and service a lot. Deserves definitely a try.

This restaurant, a mix of locals and tourists, provides good service, good local dishes and very good humored waiters. All the dishes were very good, none hit great, but that's not the purpose of a local restaurant. It was comfort food for all. Wheelchairs could access the sidewalk seating, perhaps the ground floor.

Classic taverna/mezedopolio with very good food and great value for money. Busy pedestrian street in front, great for sitting and enjoying the people passing by. What I most like about this place is that I find it very honest and waste-conscious. For example they give you the option to get yesterdayâs food half price, or yesterdayâs bread toasted on the grill. No waste, good quality at good prices, I respect restaurant owners that donât want to trick you!

We visited this place on a hot summer afternoon. There is a yard but I wouldn't suggest it on a hot afternoon. We sat inside where there was air-condition so everything was nice. The plates are Mediterranean with a gourmet preparation and presentation. The staff was very friendly although it would be more professional if the staff knew details about the plates they server.We would visit it again during winter.

We had their menu degustation for their 10 years and it was great and great value for money! Everything was delicious, well cooked and the main courses were big portions! Service was excellent also. The place was very nice. It was one of the best meals we had until now and if we visit Athens again we will go back for sure! The quality of food and service was not lacking much compared with a michelin star restaurant. Your review is greatly appreciated. We are very pleased you enjoyed your experience at Psomi & Alati. Well; very nice place with very friendly staff. They used very fresh ingredients but the food although it was very modernly presented lacked of taste. Did it worth the â¬35 pp? No...
