I met Jaspal and his excellent staff 3+ years ago, and have been back many times. I have a closet full of his bespoke suits, jackets, and tuxedos all made to order. He's even come to see us in the US while traveling. The craftsmanship is superb, and they guarantee the quality 100%. Any adjustments are included and handled quickly and expertly. I trust him and his staff completely....if they say they can or will do it, they do it. Fast turn arounds, shipping, whatever you need. The price is always an excellent value....don't be fooled by shops in town that promise a suit in 3 hours while you wait. You get what you pay for there. I was in town just for a few days on business.I was referred by a hotel concierge at Renaissance Hotel and Peninsula Service was out of this world .I was welcomed at about 6pm with an option of whisky or ice cold beer.I took the option of ice cold beer while being assisted to navigate through the overwhelmingly excellent array of top quality fabrics available. After choosing my fabrics -they did the measurements for the blazer,suits and shirts that I wanted .To cap it all they offered me dinner of my choice from a selection on the menu from a restaurant just downstairs -provided to me on the house. I left the tailor shop for my hotel at about 7:30pm and by 10pm a rep was at my hotel for the first fittings of my pants and shirts! Based on the first fittings-some changes to be made were noted and -they asked me to come for the second fittings the next day. During the second fittings very minor changes were noted on some of the orders (suits and blazer) but the shirts were on point and needed no further changes. On the Next day I made my final visit for fittings and all orders were fitting perfectly with no need for further changes. While waiting for them to pack of my orders-I was spoilt with several ice cold beers plus more dinner of my choice delivered from the restaurant downstairs.I finished my food after their closing time but they made me comfortable to finish my drinks and food well past their closing time. I ended up walking away with 3 suits,7 shirts (1 of which was a bonus ) ,a blazer and 3 bonus ties! They kept records of my personal measurements and fabric choices and I will definitely be placing an online order for my next lot of suits and shirts from Peninsula Taylors Bangkok.

What a wonderful experience! TSF actually toured the US and after my friend got some phenomenal suites from them in Bangkok, I was intrigued. Professional, great prices and unbelievable fabric options. Got a couple of suites, some unique sport jackets and several shirts. Everything fits to spec and they make it easy to make adjustments. They have my measurements on file, so I'm definitely going to buy more.

Popped in from the hotel next door and was given great advice and consultation on styles and fabrics. Suit trousers were ready for fitting for length within 6hrs. waistcoat and jacket were copied from a ted baker one I had with me. All measurements are kept on file so I can now email them for further suits or trousers. Suit was then delivered within 4 days to the hotel ready for when I returned from Koh Lanta and before I left Thailand. Suit was then worn two days later and fits brilliantly. The team were superb and for £300 pounds it was money brilliantly spent for a really quality bespoke suit.

We stayed at Amari watergate hotel so it was very convenient to bring my 2 boys and hub to Alex’s Tailor . Very fast and efficient! They did their measurement on arrival day and they could do fitting after our 3 days Khao Yai trip and collection on our departure day !

I just wanted to leave a review of my experience with Mac. It was exceptional service from beginning to end. I was greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff upon arrival. We discussed price ranges and material quality I then proceeded to hand pick the different materials I wanted for my suits. After my selections I was measured from head to toe for a perfect fit and discussed different style options for the suits and shirts. I returned two days later for a test fit and the following week I picked up my amazing one hundred percent custom made suits. They both fit amazing and the quality and detail was outstanding. R.K was very helpful and patient. They managed to help make all the suits in a quick time and even fit the suits the same day. Customer service was great and even made deals with them that saved me a bunch of money. The suits are great quality and anywhere else they would cost about 5 times the price at least I highly reccomend going here if you want a fantastic affordable suit.

I went to Master Cut because I had read all of the excellent reviews so my expectations were high and Joe surpassed them! Friendly, knowledgeable, speaking perfect English Joe is very efficient, never pushes his products on the customer and delivers when he says he will. Whenever I wear one of the four sports coats that were made for me or the midnight blue tuxedo jacket I always receive the highest compliments. And I love the fact that they are such excellent value. Absolutely highest recommendation. I will return each time I am in Bangkok and I have told all of my sartorially-centric friends!
