This turned out to be one of my kids’ (8 and 11 years old) favorite days of our two-week trip to Thailand. I was hesitant to spend precious time during our visit to Bangkok at a “kids play area at a mall” — or at least that’s what I originally thought it was. I was wrong. KidZania is a place for kids to have a lot of fun while learning about life. The kids get to spend “money” and earn “money” all throughout the kid-size town of KidZania. My kids loved that they could navigate the town independently (I just kind of followed them around and waited while they did each activity). Adults are not allowed into the activities but you can always see your children and observe what they are up to. Advice — allow a whole day for this. We could have stayed longer. And bring a good book to read while your kids are off having fun. Reward yourself with a nice dinner and drink downstairs after you’re all done...we enjoyed some delicious Chinese hot pot afterwards.

The choice of venues is good and very diverse. Staff are helpful and enthusiastic. World War 2 option is authentic with good props and challenging clues. Have been to escape rooms in the past and this rates as one of the best.

Located in Siam Square One Level 1 - right next to Siam BTS. They have approx 23 theme rooms for photo opportunities! The staff there were helpful with the photo taking. It’s a single entry so visit the toilet before you go. No strollers were allowed inside. Roughly spent about 3 hours here. Line merch also available here.
