Lumber Lounge brings Axe Throwing to Carlsile. Try this safe fun sport. Have fun and get competitive in a safe friendly atmosphere. Rain or shine it really hits the spot.
We had a group night out...eight of us..and after learning how to get the axe to stay in the board really enjoyed improving after each throw. We enjoyed the competition side of it with scoring the ten rounds. Recommended!

Laser Quest is the world's best known and most exciting brand of Laser tag game. Whether you're 7 or 77 you'll love the adrenaline-pumping exhilaration of stalking your opponents and unleashing a volley of laser fire in the battlezone of the 22nd century. Incorporated within Laser Quest are Total Enigmas' escape rooms, currently the Magical Chamber which is a Harry Potter themed room for children and adults and the Asylum which is a horror room for over 18's, do you have what it takes to solve the puzzles and escape to freedom?
A group of us booked to go into the Total Enigma Asylum room, the whole experience was absolutely brilliant, a good challenge and really good fun, a great start to our night and I can’t wait to go back and try out a different experience. The staff were lovely and friendly and the facilities are well kept and clean. I would definitely recommend, it’s great to have something like this in Carlisle.

The Jump Company trading as Energi is Carlisle's UK Premier Trampoline Park. Carlisle has over 100 individual trampolines, a dodgeball area, climbing wall, a huge air bag, ninja warrior, slam-dunk, cardiowall challenge, parkour and a cafe overlooking the park. You can book for an hour or longer in the Standard Jump session. This gives you full access to all amenities in the park.
We took our 2 year old to the toddler session. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, they spent time interacting with him and he had the time of his life. There's loads to do here for all ages and at as very reasonable cost. The free toddler toast was most welcome (and delicious). We will be back and that's due to the staff being so great.

The magic castle is not in a particularly nice location and the building itself is quite tired but the set up for the kids I thought was very impressive. There was plenty to keep my 2 year old entertained (which is the main objective) There are a couple of slides, lose toys, tunnels, a ball pool and a bouncy castle. The service was friendly and the food was decent. Looking at some of the reviews, I think people were expected something different which is why they were disappointed. If you're expecting something shiny and new full of the latest gadgets, americanos and focaccias then you're in for a shock. But if you want somewhere for the kids to expend some energy while you get a few hours of peace, it's ideal.
