This is a must visit place with young kids. Our kids aged 10 and 3 loved the whole experience where they learnt about bee keeping, coffee growing, elephants, feeding the ducks, fishing and meeting the cows... it was a lovely walk and interaction with Kushi. She was kind enough to accommodate us as we went without prior information. I recommend talking to her once before going there so that they can be better prepared. The kid in me loved seeing the touch me nots and making bubbles from a leaf stem... all in all, a highly recommended place. Thank you Kushi for your hospitality and the lovely time today.

We have over 100+ acres of land that you can explore on foot, through a drive or if you can carry your own cycle then by cycling. Emphasising again on the 100+ acres as guests are usually used to staying at farms which are maybe 2-3 acres in our experience.

Dee Mandala Farms is the ideal weekend getaway for a day filled with fun activities like gardening, tree climbing, swimming or just playing around with hula hoops, and a calming barbeque night around a bonfire. The hosts are the warmest people one will meet and are always so friendly, approachable and accommodative. Watching the beautiful sunset with my favorite people was the highlight of my visit. This is THE place to visit to relax and reconnect with mother nature.

The Big Barn Farm

A few cows and plenty of moos!A fun activity farm where you can meet and pet our farm animals! Climb up a tree house and relax below our store tree! A certified organic farm -we promote family bonds and picnics! We are not a resort and try hard to maintain the the wilderness of the place. You may not find paved pathways for comfortable couches but lots of fresh air and many four legged friends! Unplug and recharge!

Good place for kids and families. Very near to Banneghatta zoo. Vising the Barn farm can be a half day outing plan within Bangalore. Need to book/inform in advance. (get the contact number from their official site). Need to pack your food when you go. Very good activity for children. Many animals including Rabbits, Sheep, Geese, Cows , Fish. Children can feed and pet them. There is a 1 - 1.5 hr guided tour within the farm , with decent explanation about farming, animals and plants. I am giving 5 rating as this is a good experience for children from the mad city routine. They charge 550/- Rs . You can spent as much time inside.
