Very friendly host, warmly welcomed. Offered and featured the best seafood products from which I would choose our favorite products. The funniest thing was to see that the food was cooked not on the electric grill, but on the coals. The portion was big enough, sorry for not shooting sea fish which was a real taste harmony. When it was eaten it was too late :). After all, the surprise was that it served me dessert and national spirits, which surprised me and my girlfriend a lot. Nothing is in vain, but the reception, the food and the good marketing really paid off. Spent time worthy of attention!

Wow this restaurant serves the best food at very reasonable prices. We were warmly welcomed by lovely gentleman on the door. We were shown to the beautiful ornate iron staircase which led to a roof terrace. The atmosphere and setting is amazing. We ordered drinks and made our selections from the menu. The food arrived all freshly cooked and hot. I highly recommend the Greek dishes. My 10 year old granddaughter (a very fussy eater) opted for spaghetti bolognese she had an adults portion and ate every mouthful, declaring it to be the best she had water. Both my husband and I opted for the traditional Greek meals but both making different choices. I highly recommend The beef Stifado, the Exohiko -beef potatoes with melted cheese, Kleftiko - lamb with tomatoes and garlic cooked in foil. For dessert be sure to try the Baklava which is delicious served with vanilla ice cream. First class service from very helpful and efficient staff.

My family and I came here for lunch as it was highly rated on TripAdvisor. From booking to finishing our meal the service was excellent. We were not rushed, we had pre informed the restaurant of our dietary requirements and they had GF bread available for my mum and they made a point of mentioning what might be suitable when ordering. We all ordered seafood as our mains, and it was incredible food. 3 of our group had lobster and they came out to show each lobster before being cooked. My dad and I shared a sea bass, which was filleted and deboned in front of us. My sister had a dozen oysters, which whe said was the best lunch shed ever had. It was incredible! We had s table out on the terrace next to the sea. It was perfect! Thank you!

Having worked out how to get up to this bar, it was well worth it. We picked a quiet time, but the barman was very friendly and we just had a couple of local beers and enjoyed the heat and views. Also from what we heard from other people the food is great here too. Try to get up there, deffo worth it.Thank you so much! Glad you enjoyed during your stay at our place! We were searching for somewhere that served good traditional Greek food. Many places were struggling after the electricity had gone off for 3 hours earlier but the Maitre D hailed us and we were not disappointed. Lovely ambience, great choice of food and drinks and friendly, attentive service. My gin martini hit the spot. The dips were delicious- the best hummus and taramasalata I’ve tasted served with light and fluffy pitta bread. We had a mixed grill for 2, the Greeks believe in generous portions and the ribs, lamb chops, chicken and pork slouvaki and a tasty burger were served with salad, tatziki, more pitta and fries. More than we could manage. Superb in every respect.

Ideal set up, relaxed ambiance, impeccable service and terrific food, are the what it takes for a delightful culinary experience - and the Rattan ticks all the boxes. This place plays in a totally different league when compared to other restaurants in Faliraki. Prices are understandably higher too, but definitely not excessive. A bit of badly needed fresh air for Faliraki with regards to gastronomic creativity! Keep it up and good luck!

Spent a few days at this beach and had lunch here 3 or 4 times which was lovely.Most of the other beach tavernas were only offering full meals so having a sandwich option was great. Club sandwich is enough for 2 and we are big eaters.Lemonade really nice too with good friendly service.

We had lamb chops, moussaka and a gyros plate. The portions were such good value for money and the quality was there and more! The meat was so flavoursome over all the dishes and they all had an authentic flavour at such a reasonable price. We will be back again before the holiday is up !
