The Go Cotswolds tour from Stratford Upon Avon is probably the best and most affordable and extensive tour you can take in the beautiful and quaint Cotswolds. We were staying in Chipping Campden and the tour bus picked us up right outside our hotel. Since it was September 2020 we were in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic and so precautions had to be taken. We had to hand sanitise each time we entered the tour bus and had to wear our masks at all times. The bus surfaces were regularly cleaned. The tour itself was very scenic, extensive and exciting especially if you are travelling to the Cotswolds for the first time and want a taster of every town in the area. The tour encompassed Chipping Campden, Dover Hill, Broadway Tower, Stow on the wold, Bibury and Bourton on the water. I loved all stops but the one which I found to be quintessential Cotswolds was the town of Bibury with it's beautiful Arlington Row. I am pretty sure most people would agree with me on that one as its picture postcard Cotswolds. The town which I found to be the most lively was certainly Bourton on the water with many day trippers from London and a wide selection of pubs and restaurants by the river. The tour guide was very informative and provided us with a detailed history of the region and extensive knowledge of the area. He is local to the region. I would give our tour guide a 10/10 when it comes to knowledge about the Cotswolds , it's history and it's culture. I would highly recommend taking this tour and would not think twice about booking another.

This is a tour that immerses you in the local culture and a chance to understand the city's diverse communities. Handsworth has a bad reputation, but it also has a strong character with diverse people who live in the area from musicians, celebrities and sports. The area has been visited by Prince Charles and many others. They say that to find the real heartbeat of the city you have to visit the gritty areas that most tourists are told to avoid. The BHWN team will safely guide you through this historic area to capture the unique history of the African Caribbean community in the city.

Seeing Joseph Sturge's statue and understanding his contribution to the fight against slave trade really give me a different perspective, coming an African country and realising the role many played here to end it. Birmingham has such a rich Black history and heritage and we should all take part in these activities when we can all meet outside again!

Every tour is guided by an individual local to the area in a personal, bespoke fashion. Our guides are receptive to the interests and knowledge of the private group and accordingly adapt the tour’s material to their audience. Moreover, our guides are able to highlight the overlooked and forgotten parts of Warwick’s history because of their local knowledge. We'd definitely recommend this as a happy way to spend time in this beautiful town. Thanks for the tour and tea shop recommendation Henry - neither disappointed!

Managed to do the Kew Gardens tour just before lockdown 2.0, and so glad I did! The whole process of getting set up with the guide was super easy, and the tour itself was really informative without being overbearing - I learned loads about the history of the gardens and I really felt like they'd done their research. The podcast style of the guide is so different to other audio guides I have used, and it's so refreshing to listen to a guide that is this engaging. Looking forward to using this again when I can visit some more places!

Very enjoyable experience. Learned a lot in a fairly short time. The distance covered is not far and Jonathan was very mindful of our group's comfort while there was some rain - we stopped under roofs and other covers to allow for a more comfortable experience. The knowledge, pace and humour of the walking tour was just right!

I had a fantastic tour of the city in early September with a Blue Badge guide called Andrew. He had a wonderful depth of knowledge and a delightful sense of humour. What lovely way to see this city which I have visited quite a few times but always on my own. Thank you Andrew for a really interesting morning!
